I use this app to manage all HighEndOffice.com products inventory. Initial set up I reached out to them and they helped me get it going within 24 hours. Excellent app, it really saves us a ton of time! We had some issues at the beginning with Gmail forwarding, but with the help of the support guys, it got sorted. Very happy with it!

I had little experience with files and inventory or an online store in general, And there is a learning curve with stock sync.. but Stock sync is a life saver.. its very simple once you learn how to use it and it saves hours and hours of work-time as well as high fees from web designers that charge you outrageous amounts of money for simple tasks. The Staff was always quick to help me and made it possible for me to get my store up and running without any more inventory issues. The load product feature is amazing as well.. a web-designer wanted to charge me $800.00 to load 150 products, stock sync app did it with nothing but my monthly subscription and just few dollars in load credits. I have found that Web-designers will often vastly over charge for tasks that they know are simple to complete. I guess a lack of skill is a drawback when you need things done.. but it is highway robbery out there by many designers looking to take advantage of you; Anyway, Stocksync is a great app and staff assistance is awesome. . . Five stars for sure.

I was nervous dropshipping from my supplier because they don't keep a lot of inventory, so I found this app, used the free trial, and I'm sold! Their pricing is very reasonable and I'm incredibly happy with it. The customer service team is nice, as well. If you're constantly adding products, this might get a little expensive because adding products is separate from the monthly subscription, but for people like me who add a product or two each week, it's a perfect solution!

Really great app for linking to 3rd party suppliers and importing products and inventory. The Help Team is extremely helpful too

Hard to get going at first but with a little bit of reading they will have your stock up to date. The app works very well with keeping up with inventory from suppliers. Customer service is also very excellent. They took care of my issues very promptly.

THIS IS AWESOME....I love it because I don't have to worry about overselling. I needed help with my store because I had some things wrong on my site and they were very quick to respond and very helpful.

I was looking a long time for such an app/possibility of a reasonable price. The support is great the guys are really friendly an help out where needed. I would like to see more features to calculate stock estimates etc. to get out the most of the data. I think this would give this app the killer features to boost growth. Nearly everything is possible and they can integrate loads of services! Give it a try. TOP APP AND SUPPORT!

I was impressed with the follow up support and resolution. Invariably there will be issues with integration of new apps on Shopify. What is important is the team behind the product working to resolve these issues. In my case, when I purchased the Stock Synch app, I got a message I was over the limit. It turned out Stock Sync scans all sku variants listed in our Shopify store. (Which makes sense). However, I only wanted a select few vendors updated each day in order to remain under the base plan threshold of 4,000 variants. They have a good method for including and excluding vendors, products, sizes and other variants. In my case, this allowed me to stay under the 4,000 limit for the base plan. I would recommend this app to all Shopify store owners as a simple and cost effective way to update their inventory.

I use this app to sync with my suppliers stock and manage inventory for myself! It's great and east to use!

This is one of my essential apps. 1) it's affordable 2) it works great and 3) whenever there is an issue (I've experienced only a couple), the guys at stock-sync are very responsive. Inventory management use to be a huge time-suck and this app has really helped give me more time and overall made inventory management so much easier. The one thing I would suggest is making the language in the app with settings a little easier to understand. It's evident that these guys aren't US based and some of the translations are a little unclear. Keep up the good work stocksync!

As we use a manual stock filter - this has saved our life. Wouldnt be able to run the store without it ! Great app, once you setup the fields properly, runs amazingly!
