The app is easy to use and dependable. Support staff was responsive and quick to assist when I had an inquiry.

We really enjoy this app! All apps have small issues, however, the main driving factor in whether or not we maintain using an app is the support that is offered. I can say the very small issues we've run into so far have all been promptly fixed. The support is great from these devs and we will continue to use this app moving forward.

The app is easy to implement and to adjust according to your needs. But especially I liked the fast, friendly and professional support. Within less than 24hours I got a reply to my question with a proper explanation including screenshots. Furthermore there was also a follow-up to see if I could fix my issue.

Support team was helpful and made code changes to our theme to fix a problem that was causing the plugin not to appear on certain pages. They resolved the issue in about one business day.

Very easy to use and set up the app. They also did some minor custom changes to our widget that helped with aesthetics at no charge! Do not install this app unless you want a ton of unhappy customers. This app worked great for a few months until it started sending out tons of back in stock alerts for products that were still out of stock! It's done this with over 20 products in the last 3 weeks. I finally deleted it. There were no returns for these items and the inventory had not been altered at all. NOT HAPPY

superb customer service and email alerts works well. Very easy to use and one of the most necessary apps for your site! I use to be on the free plan and really found value after using it. Will be looking to switch to paid plan as I expand my store. Thank you for the great customer service
