My favorite thing about this app is the integration with Klaviyo. Plus, the customer service team is quick to respond and are always very helpful if you ever need assistance. Big fan!

Some of the best customer service I've ever received. Sent support request, responded quickly, accessed our site, made the adjustments and sent a message back. You just don't always receive customer support like this. Very rare. Highly recommend not only for the beautiful, intuitive software, but for the excellent service.

I can't talk up this app up enough, and especially the Support Team. Great support, top notch! Highly recommend. We have changed themes a few times, and along the way, they have always been there to update what needs to be changed, and even did something for us that they don't show that's possible in the app! This is a must have app. It saves a huge amount of time for our customer service team, integrates easily into your store, is easy to set up and the support from swym is prompt and helpful.

The app is easy to use and dependable. Support staff was responsive and quick to assist when I had an inquiry.

We really enjoy this app! All apps have small issues, however, the main driving factor in whether or not we maintain using an app is the support that is offered. I can say the very small issues we've run into so far have all been promptly fixed. The support is great from these devs and we will continue to use this app moving forward.

The app is easy to implement and to adjust according to your needs. But especially I liked the fast, friendly and professional support. Within less than 24hours I got a reply to my question with a proper explanation including screenshots. Furthermore there was also a follow-up to see if I could fix my issue.

Support team was helpful and made code changes to our theme to fix a problem that was causing the plugin not to appear on certain pages. They resolved the issue in about one business day.

Very easy to use and set up the app. They also did some minor custom changes to our widget that helped with aesthetics at no charge!
