I'm really happy with this app. It works perfectly well and does everything I need. I am also happy with the support as well. They were able to fix a minor issue for me straight away.

We snagged this app to help reduce the amount of inquires we had with respect to restocking items. Our business has items coming in and out of inventory frequently and this app has been a game changer. We had some minor CSS issues and their support handled it WITHIN hours. Very pleased with the level of support, quality of the app, and slick metrics. Highly recommend this app if your business is in need of this type of service.

Awesome app so far. The functionality on the free level is good considering I am not paying anything so if I upgraded I am sure it would be even better. The app support team have helped me with any issues I had and integrated the app perfectly. They helped with putting the 'notify me' widget on my product pages and to ensure it only shows on product list page when all variants are out of stock. So happy I even installed their Wishlist app which they were great with also.

I feel that In Stock is a great app especially for a brand like ours that doesn't work in seasons but has carry over product. This app will help improve restocks and forecasting. The Team at In Stock helped customise the appearance and functionality of our plugin making it tailor made to us.

Really nice app, looks professional and well integrated with the store. I've looked at other ones but came back to this one. Add some initial problem with the placement of the form, but customer service fixed it for me in less than hour. Don't waste time trying to fix things, they are super helpful (even on the free plan)!

We have only been using this app for a short amount of time but so far its been great for recording customer details and being able to contact them when a product comes back in stock. The team have been super responsive and helpful with assisting in making sure it looks completely right on our website.

Customer service is top notch. Timely responses with quick solutions (in some cases even offering solutions to problems I didn't know I had!). The flexibility of the app has been helpful as I do restocks small and large, very compatible with creating segmented emails for targeted customers. Highly recommend for anyone that is constantly having inventory change (especially around quantity = 0, for a small company like mine, we produce small batches of goods at a time, which makes this a very useful tool!). Clearly 5 stars. Bravo to you, your code writers, and your customer support staff!

So far so good, only barely had it for a week - but we like the concept, and it was very easy to install and looks nice on the site. When we had an issue, support was extremely quick and friendly with a response within 24 hours.

I installed this app because being a small and new store, my inventory count is super low. The app enables me collect customer data to gauge interest in an out of stock item. This app is great for bringing potential lost traffic back to the store when an item is out of stock. The team is very responsive to questions and issues. Can’t rate it highly enough.

This App saves me lots of time! Whenever I run out of stock on a product, I always receive messages from my customers asking when I will be getting more in. Then when I receive my order, I manually send emails to my customers letting them know that the product is back in stock. Now I don't have to do that anymore. The Support is amazing. I wanted the notification option to show on the collection page as well as the product page. Swym Support added the code to my store and made sure that it worked seamlessly with a pre-order App that I am using.

App installed easily and is completely intuitive. Does exactly what it says it does. Had one small display issue, which I brought to their attention and got fantastic customer support. They addressed the issue quickly and were totally professional.

I love this app. It helps me to determine what my customers are waiting on so that I can prioritize what I will re-stock fastest. I also love how it automatically notifies my customers when a product re-stocks since I have a lot of products that continue to need re-stock. It really takes a burden off me to do this task for me.

Super easy to set up! I had one small problem with the look of my listing after I installed it and I contacted support and it was fixed that same day. Super excited about this app!
