Good support. Easy to use and install.

At first, the app was not working well with our template so I reached out to customer service and they were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and solved the problem all the way through. They were very patient with us and our theme so the app would work seamlessly. The interface is easy to use and it's straight forward. Our customers have found this very useful and for us as well. I definitely recommend this app over other alerts app that I have tried!

App simply does what it is for. We needed to implement the button in a different way, SWYM support was very responsive and helped us quickly, without a hassle.

Upgraded to the starter plan & had some questions so emailed on a Friday & they communicated with me ALL weekend long to answer my questions & do some stuff for me that they don’t normally do. AWESOME customer service!!! LOVING IT so far! Have only gotten to use the customer "sign up" part so far but I'm sure the email notification part of the app will be just as good.

App was easy to set up. I did reach out to support to customize the look of the confirmation box (colors were not in line with our branding) and they were able to fix it promptly. Looking forward to upgrading to the paid version and getting automatic notifications enabled!

App works great, the paid version is well worth the extra as means emails go out automatically when product back in stock and you can see sent email reports so know what has happened. Support is excellent too -Krishnan is awesome to deal with.
