The application is great and the customer support is really great! They are very reactive, facilitate and find solutions for all the problems and improvements you wish.

In combo with a wholesale app this is perfect for arranging B2B and B2C in your shop. Support response is ASAP and organise a custom solution without hesitation. Worth the money.

We use this app to create VAT compliant invoices. Sufio has been very helpful in helping adjust things on the backend when required in a very timely manner.

We used for a while and was a GREAT solution, however, the invoice does not update if the order is changed post marked as pending, which is surprising. The nature of our business means orders can get changed regularly but if your orders do not then I would highly recommend.

This app does exactly what is described, good easy invoices Great app with lots of settings, great support !

I have been using Sufio for several years already for my shop, and I really love the easy functionality and possibility to chose your own design. I also am very happy for the fact that you can create manual quotes and invoices if needed if the sale is not via the web shop. Their customer service is fantastic, and they have been amazing in trying to solve some special needs I had for my invoices. The team deserve one million stars for their effort and quick communication, AND finding solutions! Warm recommendations!

Not only the app is great, smooth, clean and professional but more importantly the premium service the Sufio team delivers is outstanding!! Really surprised and impressed by how much time they make available to listen, analyse and help without charging anything or pushing you to a different payment plan. Easy to use and to configure! And if you think it's not, they have a great customer support, very flexible and listening to any query you may have. I highly recommend.

App wasn't perfect at start, But I had great support and all the changes where implemented very fast! It works like a charm now.

We originally found this app, as an integration with Spently templates. We really appreciated the ability to include a download link for our customers to get a formal invoice. This has saved our admin team a lot of work, replying to email requests. We truly appreciated how much work their support team put into customizing our invoices for our unique needs. This has made the switch to Shopify POS so much easier. Highly recommend for the styling, ease of use and level of support.

We started using this app 2 weeks ago. Starting from the first moment it was clear that Sufio provides great service and good communication. It looks good and works well! We can now send automatic invoices to customers. Before we had this it was a lot of work!

Developer finally provided a great workaround to view amount due on each invoice from the home screen, hoping for quick native implementation, for now we will bookmark the special url. The "Due" status still overrides the "Partial" status tag...maybe add a new tag that says "Partial Due"??? Clean, simple app but very basic for the cost. Can't search/filter by customer. A simple filter by customer function would be helpful. You can sort by customer/contact however we have almost 3000 customers and lots of scrolling to find the right one. If Sufio made a couple changes to their view/filter it could be awesome. Why not implement a search or filter box to find the customer??? These are simply features to implement. Not many viewing/sorting improvements seen in almost 2yrs. Software by subscription should come with continuous improvements....not here ***in response to the Sufio reply below.....the "partial paid" status only functions until the invoice becomes "due". At that point that tag/status is lost and each invoice must be opened to check the actual status.***

I've had lots of trouble with installing the VAT-section into our theme. The Sufio team has helped such a great deal! Thank you guys for everything, if I could rate more then 5 stars, I would do it.

Great App. My invoicing is much easier now. Fully automated. The customer support service is excellent . They have been very quick in attending all my needs. They are very supportive. I'm a EU seller and I sell both through my website and through Etsy. Using Etsy integration app and sufio app I have now all my invoices from both marketplaces in one place. Sufio customer service has also adapted my needs of showing the composition of my items on the invoices working with tags on Shopify. I need this composition to be shown on the invoices for sending my orders outside the EU. Now this is done automatically without having to write all the compositions manually. Also they have worked to solve my invoices showing the correct EU taxes for my invoices coming through Etsy aswell as from my webpage. I had another issue with invoices showing EU taxes when the customer pays with afterpay app. This issue has been also solver by sufio team very quickly. Now all my invoicing is done automatically. Taxes are correct and I have all my platforms integrated into one place (Etsy invoices and my web invoices). I'm so very grateful to Sufio for making my life much more easier now. As a small business invoicing can get very messy and thanks to sufio it is now so easy.

I use this app for all my invoices. I had some trouble with it but Michal from the customer service has helped me tremendously

I love this app! First of all, it does exactly what I need it to do - send invoices and additional attachments like return forms. When started using the app I had at least 10 different questions and issues I had to sort out before launching my website, and customer service answered and fixed everything - and more in a blink of an eye. I couldn't be more happy!

I have been using Sufio for quite some time and I have been loving howwell designed the templates are for our customer invoicing. Recently, we added customizable options to our products, and I needed the customization options to show up on the invoices. I reached out to the Sufio guys and they immediately made that happen! I can't stress enough how good this app is. It's a must-have for every professional shopify store. A Shoutout to Michael Djimi for being my point of contact throughout the process.

The app is in higher price tag but we recently wanted to change something and it was done quickly and with great customer service
