My brick and mortar store is closed due to stay at home restrictions, but our online business is still available. I suddenly needed to supercharge my online offerings with more product and options for local pick up now that people couldn’t just come in to the stores. I spent three hours reviewing, installing, and deleting about three other apps before I found this one. This does everything I needed it to do, including: offering local pick up, letting people choose the store and a time, the ability to block same day pick up (as I need to move stuff between stores), and more. It was quick to install. I’ve had one sale using it already and had a small glitch in my set up - they found the problem in my set up right away and fixed it.

Awesome app! Does everything we need it to. We offer pickup only and no delivery and this app allowed customers to choose a pick up time. Customer service is great and super fast to respond. They were even able to include that the pickup date and time information on our invoices. 5 stars!

Store Pickup Click & Collect is an amazing app, support is really fast, I needed to change a few words into German before going live and Constantin done this straight away even while I was on the free version. I have had this app for over a year. I requested a special button labeled STORE PICKUP on my cart page to match the other buttons like CHECKOUT. I have a brick and mortor store and have added ecommerce shopify store. The developer of this app added it so fast I was amazed. Also amazingly fast response time to any correspondence. With the current COVID 19 affecting our brick and mortor, I have been offering discounts for online orders and in store pick up.

For our customers that need to purchase online, but need to pick up at one of our physical stores, this app works perfect! We have stacks of prepaid items ready to go out the door everyday! Customer service fixed a small issue I had same day!

I tried multiple “Pick Up In Store” Apps and this one was the only one that worked flawlessly out of the box. Extremely pleased and the price is very good. Constantin has been rapid to respond to any questions or concerns in addition to going in to the shop to make the changes we needed.

This is a good app, it integrates well and its easy to set the store perimeters. The developer has great customer service. Almost uninstalled this due to an error we made and thought the app wasn't working. The developer took the time to follow-up, fix the error and reinstall the app for us. Very much worth the $11 a month. Great app!

App works great and the developer was awesome to work with when I had some design changes I needed made. Highly recommend.

We wanted to have multiple pickup locations, so this app was perfect! Some other apps were MUCH more expensive. I've been SO impressed with the developer's help when we had a few glitches (NOT directly related to this app, but more of a result of other apps!) Constantin was INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive!

I use this app to run my bakery. We have a brick and mortar but we don't deliver just yet, and it's a great way to get pre-orders in and let customers choose their pick up dates and times. Also the black-out date feature is awesome because we can choose when customers can and can't pick up. I used a different app before and had issues, but this one is so much easier to work with and works seamlessly with my shop. Constantin, the developer, is great at answering any questions and prompt to reply. Great work!

At the moment, we only offer in store pickup and the Store Pickup has been a helpful solution to make it clear to customers that all purchases have to be picked up in store. The customers service has been so helpful. We've been able to customize the app to suit our needs perfectly!

This is the perfect solution for stores that do not ship some or all of their items. We are in the furniture business and do not ship, we need items picked up from our brick and mortar locations. No matter how it is set in Shopify, it shows shipping FREE. This app completely resolves the issue and we have it set where customers have to enter the day they are picking up & their info.
