We've used this app now for almost a year and never had a single issue. Recently we went through a web redesign which left the instore pickup button not as visible as it once was. I emailed the devs and withing 5 minute they emailed back, wen't onto my store and updated the colour and positioning of the button to make it stand out again! Absolutely amazing service from the devs and i would 100% recommend!

I just started using this app, it was very easy to install and setup. I hit a snag with another app that was interfering with this one but the developer responded back to my support request and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes! Truly responsive, easy to use, and great support!

This app has been awesome! Our local customers love the store pickup option. It is very easy to install and get going. We needed a few changes made and Constantin responded to my email almost immediately. That level of customer service paired with this app is well worth it. We tried other options and this is by far the best way to do it. This app is a must have if you need a store pickup option!

I find shopify very lacking as a platform and will likely dump it when i have time. This app has at least helped fill in for the lack of local pick up option with shopify native programming. There's new features to allow more control with settings by days and times. Constantine is working on another new feature to allow minimum thresholds by dollar amount for store pickup (I have multiple stores I drive to.) He's awesome to work with and responds to questions very quickly. Highly recommended if you need a local pick up option for your website.

I needed the ability to offer local delivery. This app came close to doing what I needed. However there were a couple issues. So, that is the reason I am writing this review, something I normally don't do. In this case however, the customer service from Constantin (the developer) and his desire to provide world class service blew me away. In short, he ask questions to understand my need and then made it the perfect app. What else is there to say!

Great app! Small hiccup at checkout but their support department took care of it right away! Love it

We are running 20 stores and the app is great. The developer is really available and was able to adjust any problems we have encountered during installation and after. He even added some a functionality that was lacking. I strongly recommend.

I've been looking for In-store Pick Up App for a long time. This one is perfect! Intuitive, easy to install, and works with like a charm. It's a must-have if you have lots of local customers. I had some issues with the PICKUP button not being in the right place. I wrote a message and they responded right away. Constantin was the person who helped me out. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed everything I asked for in a very short amount of time. I can't be happier with this app and the support they provide. It's worth every penny. I highly recommend it!

Excellent App. Really like that you can offer specific collection window times, that can change from day to day depending on your opening times. The service is amazing, very responsive. Constantin, the developer cannot do enough to help you.

I use this plug in for my store. It's working well and the developers are really reactive and helpful to correct or adapt the product. I recommend.

I have a brick and mortar storefront and also sell via CommentSold on Facebook which allows my customers to choose in store pick up or shipping. I wanted to be able to offer those options as well on my website to push my already loyal local customers to shop on my website too AND to still get customers in store. I am launching my site tomorrow and have been looking for an app that offers local pick up. This app is AWESOME!! It is super simple, fast, and easy to install. The instructions provided are fabulous and literally give you step by step instructions on everything you need to know. The app settings allow you to customize days and times for your customers to pick up their order as well as allowing a minimum number of days before they can pick up and a max number of days that they must pick it up. There is an option to not allow the customer to choose pick up on certain dates however in my case, I am closed Sunday - Tuesday and I didn't want customers to be able to choose those days for pickup. So, I sent an email *hoping* that could be fixed. Constantine QUICKLY replied and QUICKLY fixed it for me! He is FABULOUS! Lastly - the "store pickup" icon will appear in your "catalog" or "all" section of your website as a "product" so be sure you follow the quick and easy instructions for how to remove it so customers can't see it. I am SO PUMPED about this app!!!

Love it! This app helps with communication from the client to us. It tells us what day and time the want the product, as well as where. A must-have app!

I have a lot of customers that are local to me and it was such a hassle trying to make codes for them to pick up instead of paying Shipping. The app was easy to install, easy for my customers to find and select a pick up date. When I changed store templates my pick up in store option disappeared and I was having a hard time getting it back. I emailed he support team and within minutes they had fixed the issue for me. I will continue to have this app integrated into my site.

I have a small business of arts and crafts. I wanted to offer free delivery and free pickup as well as shipping. The app does offer that easily. I wanted to add some direction under the option and they did it. Aaaand it all happened like 30 minutes from the 1st email! Great customer service
