This app and the support team has been fantastic! My movie theater company has had to quickly adapt to create curbside pick-up options and Constantin from the support team of Store Pickup has been quick, efficient and incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and implementing changes when we need them. This app has been super helpful in offering a pickup option at our checkout! It's easy to use and set up. Ability to schedule a date and time for pickup is HUGE since we're based out of our home.

We have used this app for a short time but all went really smoothly. What is most important above all - is the quality of support, the response rate to requests, etc. Recommended!

Ran the trial install for about 10 mins to see if this had the features we needed. It didn't. Uninstalled the app and then spent hours looking through all the theme code to remove code it left behind. Not cool.

This app has been incredibly helpful, and is intuitive and easy to use. Constantin is super responsive and helpful and assisted me in setting up the app to fine tune my pickup options. The app also allows for extra information to be collected in the cart page, which is then all collected nicely and put into the shopify order. I highly recommend it!

This app was super easy to set up and as soon as I had a question/issue Constantin emailed me back quickly (within minutes!) to help me solve the issue and went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this app and their customer service is 10/10

The curbside pickup button was perfect for us!! Due to Covid and our retail clothing and footwear store being closed we opened an online store thru Shopify. I am using this app currently. It's been working well. But, I am not able to make product not eligible by location. This is a problem, because I want to be able to offer dropship products on my site in addition to items the customers can pickup in store. Right now there is nothing preventing a customer (besides my product descriptions) from selecting pick up in store for items that are not available in my store. I know collections can be excluded, but my dropship items will be spread among many collections. I am searching for another more inexpensive. If the feature to change eligibility by location was added this would be great.

The app is perfect for what we need now and the support from the developer has been second to none! Great customer service, fast and trustworthy. It has made our shop function much better since installing and tweaking the process! Highly Recommend!

I just started using this app and my customers are really loving the new option for store pickup. The customer support is top-notch. The app is simple and offers many options for customization. I don't know why I didn't start using this app sooner.

I'm just getting started using the app, but so far its been perfect, most of all the support was awesome! Fast response!

Excellent app and support. The app works exactly as described and the installation was simple to install with easy to follow instructions. I did email support with a question of how to change a color of a button and they got back to me with minutes and corrected the issue for me. I would totally recommend this app. Update - The support for this app is excellent. No matter what time of day I submit a ticket, it is resolved within 15 min. or less. I can't recommend this app enough!!! Update 2 - Once again, the support I receive from this team is amazing. The issues are resolved within an hour of being reported and they are always polite and very professional.
