Super helpful support team. Really good product set and mix of features. Have been using for awhile. Would love to see the smart review writing assist feature be made available on some of the lower plans!

Changed from Yotpo. Surely cheaper and much faster app (shop loading time well decreased after change)

Happy to say this is one of the apps I don't think I'd want to ever part with. I can't emphasize enough how fantastic the support is. Extremely responsive support (and I ask kind of dumb Qs LOL), detailed in explaining how to do something, just overall super attentive which ranks high up on my list for any app, but especially important for one I'm paying for. There are lots of features included in the plan I'm in, some I haven't even explored yet. But the ones I've set up and have been using for a while are great!

We use Stamped.IO for our product reviews, and they have been nothing but helpful to us from the start. Always prompt on responses and willing to help, they are truly the best.

This app is simply phenomenal. We used the free version for a few weeks and loved it so much that we upgraded to a paid plan so we could utilize photo reviews. We now have a dedicated page on our website called Reviews which really helps to build social proofing and drive more trust/sales. Support from the team is always first class! I am blown away by the how quickly help is provided - they even go above and beyond by fixing things before replying back. We are now considering using the Rewards & Coupons add on as this also looks awesome.

Although I prefer to get on the phone with someone when I have a question. The team at Stamped.Io, specifically Amar, made it so easy to communicate thru emails. Amar answered my questions and was very positive and patient. I have a very small store, and am a novice at ecommerce, but the straight forward answers to my questions made my issues very simple to fix. Can't wait to see how it works with my site!

I have only used the free version so far and it lets me do so many things, email sequences to get reviews, the testimonial gallery on my home page and just now when I logged in, I saw that they also create testimonials adding the photo from the product as background to be posted on social media. Fantastic. What a great app.

First and foremost - i love the app! It's exactly what i needed to build social proof for my new business and lets potential customer easily see product reviews in a nice format too. I recently changes my Shopify theme and needed some help with the integration of the App again. I emailed support and had a response literally within 10 minutes. The app support team then made the amendments and got my reviews working perfectly again when i couldn't and all within less than 2 hours!! - Unbelievable support - thank you!!
