Excellent service. They are always responsive. They created a video to explain something to me when I had difficulty importing reviews. When I didn't format something properly, they fixed it, and just care of the process. They respond quickly too.

It will send emails to past customers to get reviews started vs. starting day of installation of the app.

The reps have been tremendous help. The app is working great so far, and we are getting lots of reviews. My only suggestion would be to have an initial onboarding call with your new customers to go over set up and answer any question they may have, as the initial process can be a little intimidating until you get it figured out. This app will help a lot with customers seeing how well my products work with actual real reviews from customers who have purchased my products. I recommend this app you can customize it how you want and you have on the clock help if you need it.

I used this app and finally got customer reviews coming in! Previous review apps that I used could not get me any reviews. I like how the email widget allows customers to write a review in the email itself without having to navigate to a new window. Definitely rec this app & I am very satisfied with Stamped.io customer service as they solved my issue within a day.

This has been a wonderful app. The reviews are pouring in! AND it pays for itself. The suggested products at the bottom of the review email generates more than enough money to justify the cost of the app. They also have great customer service which really helps for someone who isn't super computer savvy.
