We use this app for customer reviews and sending out review request emails and it has been working great so far.

These apps are great and easy to use. The support is also very helpful if there is a problem, they are quick to respond and provide solutions.

Also this app helps to increase CTR as they can help you add rich snippet reviews for your site to google searches, which we are working on now. Lastly I love the plug and play drag and drop style of this platform. No coding needed! Five stars all the way - thanks Stamped.IO. Definitely try this app!!

This app is so easy to use for both back end and front end. It looks awesome on our site and was very customizable to match our theme and branding. We love that we're able to collect reviews from not only online sales, but also import our in-store sales so those customers can review their purchases, as well. Our business has been using Stamped.io for our customer ratings for over 5 years. I have had nothing but excellent experience with the platform, and there are alot of tools that are essential for easy upstart and automation, especially for a small business team that is doing 100 things at the same time. This app is everything we need. We have a review section in each of our product pages and allows us to send emails to customers to prompt reviews as well. We had a small issue with our old reviews not displaying, but customer service fixed that right away.

We switched from YotPo to Stamped.io and I cannot believe we waited this long to make the switch. The app itself is simple to use, highly effective, and very clean on our website. The price is very fair for what you receive! It does what Yotpo does plus a lot more, for 1/10th the price. The thing I'm most impressed with is the service that the stamped.io team provides. I'm completely blown away by the support that's given when anything goes wrong. They even helped me with an issue with our theme that was not caused by them. I work late into the night and send e-mails expecting responses the next day. Stamped.io, however, is there to help immediately after sending a support request. Shopify needs more apps & developers of this calibre.

Has great customer service. A bit expensive, but I suppose they all are. Difficult to get google seller ratings but great for product reviews.

We love how we can customize how the reviews look. The reviews are generating customer's trust, that is for sure. Customer service was beyond expectations! Replied to my emails within a day, problems (like old pictures used for icon of reviews) solved immediately..
