Has been a great app for us so far after the first 3 weeks of using it. The automatic review requests that are sent out are very clean and you can control when to send them out or if you don't want it sent to a specific customer/order you can remove them before they are sent. I highly suggest from day 1 to ask support to install the product review rich snippets coding into your shopify templates/product.liquid file since it takes a couple weeks for google to read them but that will show the stars/reviews on google search results. I asked support to add the code for me and it was done hours later.

Early days in terms of how things go on the store, but customer service has been outstanding. For a techno-idiot like me the help has been incredibly fast and thorough! The Dashboard I find quite confusing and taking me a while to get my head around. Another review in a few months after a proper road test would probably be more useful.

I own a very high-volume Shopify store. StampedIO is the WORST review app available. The pricing gets out of control as your business grows. When I tried to get my reviews 1st they won't give them to you. Then I had to get Shopify involved so they gave me a CSV file with formating issues so you have to reformate the CSV so it can be used.
