Awesome support help me with some of our implementations problem swiftly and efficiently.

We've loved using Stamped and their customer support team was incredibly helpful and responsive when we had inquiries about bringing our existing reviews from our Wix site to our brand new Shopify site.

Niran was amazing and super helpful. The team helped us get the star rating badge installed below the product title on our product pages in our correct font and colours and it looks amazing.

I've had this app for several years. It's one of the few where support hasn't withered away to be replaced by AI searches and bots. Humans get back to you in a reasonable time with solutions.

Updated in 2024 July: Stamped changed its billing policy to a tiered one based on number of orders per month. We import all our orders from another platform into Shopify. These orders do not have email addresses and yet are counted towards the monthly order limit. 2020: I used this app to collect more user generated content e.g. photos, use cases for our products and also to display reviews based on product groups instead of individual products. Support was responsive and effective in helping us resolve issues encountered during set-up e.g. custom fonts, custom forms. Working great now. Thanks Alyssa!

Every time that we have had to reach out to Stamped, they have been so quick to respond and so kind. They ALWAYS have my issues resolved within 1-2 hours at the most. Most of the time much quicker than that!! If I could give them 6 stars I would I have had the privilege of working with multiple people ( Sid and Brittany come to mind first ) They are incredible! Repeated Issues with Importing Reviews from AliExpress to Stamped.io and Unresolved Problems. I've been using the Stamped.io app for my Shopify store for some time now, and while the app has some useful features, my overall experience has been frustratingly negative. The primary issue I've encountered is with the API integration, specifically when trying to import reviews from AliExpress and dealing with very slow customer support response and resolution. Every time I attempt this, I receive an error message stating that no HTTP resource was found to match the request URI. Despite attempting to resolve the issue with customer support assistance, the problem remains unresolved. I've reached out to Stamped.io support multiple times about this issue, but unfortunately, the problem persists. It's disappointing to see that this critical functionality is consistently unreliable. The lack of resolution and the repeated nature of this issue have made it difficult to trust the app's reliability. While the app has potential and offers good features when it works, the repeated technical issues and lack of effective support have been a significant drawback. I hope that Stamped.io can address these issues promptly and improve their support response to provide a better user experience.

They helped me right away with the personalization of my display of reviews!

Stamped.ip is amazing! Vi with the support team went over and beyond to help me with a review request! On the backend Vi went in to create a widget on my classes landing page, so I could start getting reviews on my site. I really appreciate the small things in life and business and Stamped.Ip really pulled thru! Thx soooo much for being such an amazing support to small business. <3 Cheers, Rae

Stamped is really excellent and have responsive support. However, we just found out we have been paying for a service that is not fit for our purpose because all our products are free to download (we are a publisher). So, Stamped is great unless your products: a) have a price of $0.00 b) have negative inventory So, for the reason that we have just found out a + b after using Stamped for years, we're giving it a low rating. I doubt they will refund us, but they should really let users know that this is the case before signing up. We only found out after persisting with multiple emails to support.

I would recommend this app. Easy to set up and quick support when I had any issues or didn't understand the settings. You can approve the reviews and they instantly show up on my website.

I do love the bag! I have been on the lookout for a new one for some time and this is perfect. It is attractive, light weight, has the right sized pockets for drinks, balls, towels, paddles and phone. so well designed to be functional and fashionable.

Great app. We've been using it since we started our webstore over 6 years ago. The updates look great and the support is good as well. Would recommend.
