This app is overall excellent and the support is good too. We did kick the tyres on a number of Shopify review apps but stamped.io appears to get consistently good client feedback. Although the features are generally good across the back-end dashboard, I would have to say its really surprising and disappointing that the ability to filter and manage review requests is so limiting. Its crazy for example that we cannot filter sent review requests by those opened versus unopened versus reviewed.

I used the app to gather reviews from my previous customers. It was really easy to integrate into my Shopify store. I needed help resending the emails for review and I received a response back from support with step by step screenshots.

So far, it's an attractive review system and seems to have good functionality. The downside is that the help documentation is really, really terrible. Poorly written, hard to understand, vague, and some of it is out of date or missing important information.

If you're looking for a review app for a shopify store that you're just starting to make some good sales with, don't look any further. stop. add this app. the team behind this is ABOVE and BEYOND with support. We wanted to add the reviews to our home page, wasn't sure if that was possible, Salem from stamped added the code and BAM there it was, all of our reviews. The app has great features, for example, being able to moderate any weird spammy reviews people leave and posting replies to not so favorable reviews. I believe this app is going to sky rocket our sales. Reviews on pages only make your site rank higher in googles search engine. Will update this review in a month to confirm assumptions, because this app and the team deserve nothing but 5 stars for their competence and helpfulness. stop what you're doing, close out those other tabs of other review apps and install this one. When we're ready to update to the paid plans, this is the app we will be buying. thank you stamped.io for the best review app out there.

We use the app for review collection and surfacing on the site. We hope to add the UGC part soon, and possibly use for loyalty in the future as well. The app took us some time to set up, and customise, and it was a little bit buggy at times, but every challenge we faced was overcome by 5 star customer service. The team is incredibly quick, knowledgeable and responsive and I felt like it was almost a guided set up process at times. Mohamed Badawi in particular was amazingly helpful. Anyone who looks after their customers this well deserves a good recommendation and I look forward to working with stamped for a long time in the future.

This app is super easy to set up and works in the background collecting reviews for us. It is easy to customize the emails and to write reviews. The support staff has helped me on several occasions with installing widgets to display the app and have been amazing and quick to respond.

The app helped us get reviews from day 1 after installation. Very easy to use, with many localization options & amazing capabilities. We will definitely consider upgrading to the next plans!

The steps provided to get the app up and running were pretty easy to follow. When I did need help, customer service was very quick to help me, they even installed the widgets on my site for me! I got reviews on my site up in just a few hours. Definitely recommend!

I had rated them a 1 star because they have no chat and it took forever to get a reply to an issue. The second issue is that they point to the documentation which is terrible. Example: I wanted to upgrade and get video reviews ability. You go to the app and search for video and nothing comes up. Their answer was upgrade and then you will see what you need... Anyway, they did get back to me and answered all my questions. I did upgrade. I wanted to move the Q&A out of the reviews section because people looking for answers would not think to look in the reviews for it. They custom moved it for me in the same day! It seems that they are quite competent and responsive. They just need to either implement a chat or improve the documentation. Their email turnaround time did improve dramatically. In the end, on a live site what maters is effectiveness and they delivered! worst customer experience ever! They have no chat. For a live store when something goes wrong, you want answers fast. At best, it takes 24-48 hours for a response and most of the time it takes going back and forth many times before anything is resolved which translates into a week to resolve any issue. They are located in Asia so there is always a day lag time. If you post 3 questions or have 3 issues, they usually answer only one forcing you to constantly repeat yourself. Forget if you have a complicated problem that you need to chat with someone or call.. I have stayed with them because they will do their best to find a solution for you when other apps simply provide terrible service

Stamped has been a fantastic addition to our store. We've expedited the acquisition of reviews 10 fold. The messages tool has also been great. Monitoring it and responding quickly has definitely led to a quantifiable increase in sales.
