Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

We were looking for a reasonably-priced reviews app with a nice look, easy implementation, automated email follow-ups to customers, and good support. Stamped fits all of those criteria and we're very happy with it!

Great app! Customer service is incredibly responsive and fast, addressing any kind of issue right away.

So far, so good. Had some trouble and their CS was great at resolving the issue. Though, I would recommend giving the end user a way to clear the Suppressed Profiles (email exclusions). Just to avoid extra work on their part when dealing with support tickets to have that section cleared.

5 stars all the way. They really do have 24:7 service. Quickly helped me with what I thought was a complex situation.

Best review app. Ever. The free plan gives you all you need to get started, and if you want to invest a little, the pro features are very well done. Also, their support is lovely! Definitely recommended.

They are very quick to respond (mostly within a few hours after putting in an email) and are always kind in assisting you whenever you may come across an issue. Can't recommend them enough!

I can't recommend Stamped enough. The features they offer are fantastic and I don't think I have received such good customer service from any other company. They are super quick to respond and nothing is ever too much trouble. I suggest things that I am not sure are possible and they are always able to make them happen!

I have been using stamped for around 2 years now. The functionality is great, easy to use and the website display is very professional. I had some issues with code in the checkout recently and emailed the team - they had it fixed within the day, the prompt and friendly service was much appreciated!

WOW! This app is the real deal. I and instantly was able to get to work customizing my messaging and thank you offer. I love this app and more importantly my customers are actually using it. So far this app appears to be fantastic for pulling in new reviews for items sold on site. If this is your need, I definitely recommend trying it. For importing external reviews for one of a kind products, it's been a challenge. Populating the spreadsheet is time consuming and product images won't load properly, or once loaded, sometimes disappear. Customer service has been kind and very prompt to respond when contacted. Just wish there were a more efficient process for uploading external reviews of one of a kind items.

seems to integrate nicely. support was great helping me figure the dns settings. Got my first review already and looking good!

Collecting reviews are a breeze as the app sends out reminders to customers. The price is okay for it's capabilities and I'm a happy customer!

The app is great to request reviews and I can even offer rewards to my clients for writing a review on our site. I've had a small problem with google (it wouldn't detect the reviews) but when I contacted the support team, they explained what the error was and fixed within minutes. Thank you!

Deeper and better functionality than the built in Shopify Reviews, the invitation aspect is worth the price alone. Special mention to the support which is not only prompt and polite but effective - there's no question which they haven't answered yet!

Great app with so many features but most of all great assistance! I needed help as my theme wasn't working well with the app and they immediately solved the problem.
