Stamped customer service are some of the best that we've dealt with. We were having some difficulty getting our SPF/DKIM records verified through our DNS and everyone that we interacted with were fantastic! Only thing that I would like that isn't yet offered is more customization and control over what exactly goes into the emails. Integration with Klaviyo is good but could be better if there were more Stamped specific blocks to design with in Klaviyo that would help with my one gripe. But, their CS is so good that we can just email for any assistance and find workarounds to make it work.

App has been amazing since day 1--support is EXTREMELY fast and helpful. Originally we transferred our Shopify reviews over to Stamped with no issues and now we have changed to a Shopify 2.0 theme and it has been extremely easy with the help from Stamped.

HIGHLY recommend if you need to get reviews on your website quickly and efficiently. Their Customer Support team is incredibly helpful. They provide an answer quickly and give you extra tips and tricks to help with your set-up!

I've contacted support three times on separate integration/onboarding challenges and have been very impressed with the response times and helpfulness of the person on the other end.

This app is everything I wanted for customer reviews. It is highly customizable and includes all the features anyone would want. Support is very fast and effective. I would definately recomend it. They are fixing all problems in no time.

I suddenly found a Stamped.io branding banner in all my website pages and in the footer as well, then found out they changed plans and added this in the free plan without prior consent. very unprofessional. I am reporting this to Shopify

I got the free version of the app. Love the idea. Its just very slow at saving changes to settings or doesn't save them at all. So I am sat there pressing save and then give up. Maybe its because of the free version-but not sure.

Must have. Best review app on Shopify. No doubts about that! All the features that are required for a store online is there and there customer service is out of this world.

Is easy to get things going and when you dont know how to do something, their customer support is really good. I had an issue with the color of the font and they fixed it for me very fast. Top team!

I had no trouble installing the app when I first used it. However, when I changed my theme to a new layout from Shopify, I wasn't able to get the ratings to appear on my websites. Once I sent in my request for help, the team got back to me within 30 min! Was so amazed by the service standard that I have to leave this review! Thumbs up for a great service! :)

The customer service and developer team at Stamped has been outstanding. They are quick to respond to inquiries and have implemented a number of changes for us to our Shopify theme. We are happy that we chose Stamped to collect reviews from our consumers. We can't wait to get more user generated content to help build trust and social proof.

Great experience getting set up - the stamped team was very helpful in quickly getting us up and running. A multitude of highly dynamic features to help increase conversions.

I just started managing the company's Stamped.io account actually and have some both positive and more constructive feedback. I love that the program has automated features to it, like sorting the flagged reviews versus the auto-published ones. The exclude certain terms tool is also super useful especially in our industry. Now, some feedback I have that may potentially help improve the platform is that the review request email templates should be easier to edit. In order to edit it, there are many broken-up sections so it is not super efficient to see the whole picture in one place. Also, it would be cool if there were more manual capabilities with sorting through the incoming, unpublished reviews. The customer support has been pretty good overall as well, although I do support the idea that English-speaking representatives help English-speaking customers for higher efficiency.

It's not possible to remove this app from your Facebook page without it showing up as an error across the entire screen. I installed this app again in order to be able to remove the app from Facebook. But instead of being able to remove it, I was charged for the entire month.

Amazing customer service! Always get a helpful response within a max of 30 min. The only thing that could be sped up a tad would be how quickly the review emails are sent out. they seem to go through a server and not directly to the customer so there is quite a long delay in sending the review email and the customer receiving it. Otherwise super happy with this app and the incredibly helpful team behind it

I've just started transitioning to Stamped.io for reviews. While there is no easy integration with my current platform, support has been very prompt and helpful with answering my questions and offering assistance. I'm not ready to give a full 5 Stars yet as the app hasn't been live on my site long enough to judge, but so far so good and I'll update this review when I've had time to use all the functionality properly.
