I downloaded several apps to try out, but Stamped was by far the best. Customer support is also good, so definitely a 5 star.

Top support and features! They usually reply emails in less than 12 hours. We manage to create a multilanguage setup with the support. Great tool at great price

Collected Annual Subscription payment (In excess of $1000) on a monthly basis. Very poor communication and am still currently waiting for a response to numerous support tickets and a refund. Such a shame as the app is fantastic. I have referred associates of mine to use the app and am so angry that I have received such poor customer service after being an advocate.

I moved from Yotpo to Stamped.io and so far it has been a seamless transition. Great customer service and the site is super easy to maneuver.

It seems pretty good at first pass... a little bit complicated to customize everything when working through the helper, for instance, I have to go through the whole process to skip to the section I abandoned. I like the scheduling function and notifications.

I enjoyed the free version of this app. There are not many apps like this that offer this service completely for free. Customer support is also great and replies within a few hours - I did not even have to do anything - they accessed my store with my permission to fix their code which made it that the review bar was showing twice due to my SHOPIFY DEBUT theme.
