We installed this app in both of our Shopify stores. The customer service goes above and beyond with answering questions and solving problems. The app does exactly what is says it does, has so many options and is exactly what every store needs to collect customer reviews. Highly recommend.

If you need a review and Q&A app, this is much cheaper than some of the alternatives. There was an updated widget that had not been released yet to the public, but they were willing to install it no problem. I needed some customization to how it was displayed on my site, and Tommy was able to get it to look exactly how I wanted it. Great service and great app. www.advantagesupplements.com

September 16, 2016 Thought it prudent to let others know that sometimes Google may not pick up the Rich Snippets off your website. There is some sort of a glitch in programing or Google may find errors in the Apps code and thus will render this invaluable function invalid. Sad to have and continue to experience it. Hope Shopry can address this. May 14, 2016 Another 5-star to emphasize that you could get portray a professional image for free. We haven't used the paid function yet but this app alongside Shopify's Product Review App, got most of the functionality that we were looking for. Down the road, would love to give all the paid features a go and compare it to the competition - especially the social side of the app features. UPDATED: The Widget 2.0 is what we've longed for, our website was filled with alot of scripts that takes a little longer to load, but with the Widget 2.0 the reviews now loads as part shopify and doesn't wait for seconds, it loads INSTANTLY! The "votes" in google rich snippets is also renamed as "Reviews" as I requested. THANK YOU! --- We've been using the app for months now, and their support and app is AMAZING. You get to automate the review request process to your customers. We first use the Free version, but saw the benefits and ROI that the app was providing, and we went straight to upgrade. Thank you Shopry!

This was literally the first app I installed in my new store. Reviews are huge as everyone knows and these guys get it. The app has all the settings and tools I need and the support is second to none. Sounds like a paid promo but it's not. If you're looking for a review app, I can't recommend this one enough. Just get it!

Amazing. Does exactly what we need/want and for a fraction of what the competitor charged.

The apps integration works flawlessly. I will say I had a small problem and they went above and beyond what I expected, fixing it immediately. Service like this is invaluable these days.

Since we started using this app we have been generating more reviews! We love the reminder e-mail it sends out as people tend to forget to leave a review after they bought something! Recommend this app!

This app works great, good to have!

We've used two other very popular review apps and have decided to stick with Product Reviews Addon for the following reasons: Features - 5/5. Has the most features out of all the apps we've tried. Easy to use and our favorite feature is the ability to get webhook notifications via the Aftership integration so that reviews are sent out AFTER the customer receives their parcel. It makes a huge difference and is something we've been looking out for for a while now! It's also great that customers can leave a review directly from the email - one of the standout features we knew we wouldn't settle without in a review app. Price - 5/5. The price for what you get is unbeatable. Affordable pricing with incredible features and very responsive customer service. Customer Service - 5/5. We've been looking for some customization on our site and have had various questions in the past. The team responds quickly and goes over the top in helping us customize and set things up the way we need. We've always received a friendly and helpful response within a day or less. The team are continually adding updates and users of the app can see a timeline with new and previous updates. It's great to be kept in the loop and know about new features being continually added and having the app constantly improved. One of our highest recommended apps.

Very easy to set up and takes the hassle out of remembering to request reviews. Thanks for taking one less thing to worry about off my plate!
