Awesome awesome app! And awesome service too! I'm not a tech savvy person, so I had to ask a lot of questions. But the support was amazing! Answered all my questions accurately and efficiently. We have been using this app for a couple weeks now, and we couldn't be happier. It is far better than the alternatives. We have the premium account and it's really worth it at a reasonable price. Also, impressing features that come with it such as importing existing reviews from other apps/platforms, social media sharing (auto/manual), and option to customize product recommendations with the review request. Great job!

Great App! Product Reviews Addon has many options and is the perfect complement for Product Reviews from Shopify. Reviews are vital on your site if you want to get confidence from your potencial customers.

Easy to install & use! Made the review-gathering process very easy! I'm happy it integrates with Shopify, I don't have to go to a different website.

Can't praise the amazing team (especially Tommy) at Shopry enough!!! We looked carefully at all the other product review apps (Yotpo & etc..) and found this one to be the most impressive - especially the prices and their uncompromising customer service. We just launched our store and we are total beginners with E-commerce and Tommy was there for us at hello! He even helped to trouble shoot and install a few of the widgets we had problems with during the weekend and was so patient and friendly which really blew us away~ Tommy, you're a champ! We will definitely consider upgrading to a higher paid plan down the track where the extra features sounds amazing. Keep up the good work and best regards!

When looking at a cost comparison with different features offered, this was the best option for us! Allows for in email reviews to be submitted. Allows for pictures. Emails get sent x days after FULFILLMENT and not just purchased. Can incentivize reviews with DYNAMIC coupon codes. It's customizable to your store's theme (or could be styled further if familiar with html/css) because it uses the Product Reviews app. This is a feature that some of the other apps didn't offer. All this plus more for $25 a month. That's not bad when compared to other popular apps like Yotpo. And then when looking at apps like Loox, we felt extremely limited. Also, very good customer service that will constantly get back to you within 24 hours.

Great app that complements the free Product Review app by Shopify!

I've been using this app for about 6 months now and and very pleased. I had no reviews before but I get a good amount now. Thank you. Reviews help gain credibility with the search engines.

Great app! Has really helped with conversions. The free version has worked wonders - time to upgrade.

Great app so far! just wish there weren't so many upgrandes :-\. but other than that it works perfectly.

This review app has been helpful for our store so far. We're generating regular reviews with it. Unfortunately, it's quite locked down for the free version, and you only get a few email review requests before you "hit your free limit." We just upgraded to a paid version soon to unlock customer photos, a higher review number threshold, etc. Overall, would recommend. Not "Amazed", but it's good and we're happy.

Love love this app - nearly all my reviews have come from the reminders this sends. Also sends them automatically on a post sale schedule that you can determine...wouldn't be without it!
