These guys are awesome. I just made the switch from Yotpo because unless you're willing to pay >$500 you don't really get any features. I'm on the premium plan with this addon and the support has been really great. My site became far superior to what I could have done with other review platforms in just a few minutes.

If you're just starting out and just have a couple of sales and want to add some trust by including reviews, you're out of luck. You can't use this app to request reviews from past customers. If you want that little feature, you have to buy the 5,000 reviews per month level plan at $29.99/month. No help at all. Setting this thing up is not very easy. Mostly because there are a bunch of tabs that are grayed out - again, you have to buy the expensive plans - but you still have to go trough them all just in case. No worries. For now, I'll use this free version to do the bare minimum. When my store grows a bit and I can afford it, I'll look for an app with better support and more "helpful" approach.

Stamped.io is a fantastic product. It allow you to manage your site reviews with ease, and offers tons of features to choose from. They also have the best service I encountered from shoipify apps. They respond quickly and always doing their best to keep their customers happy. On one occasion, Tommy found something configured wrong on my site. He offered to fix it immediately by himself and without asking extra change. One more thing to note is that I recently upgraded to ent plan and used their google merchant reviews service which was approved by google in less than a week.

Great little App, totally user-friendly, the support is flawless and its has upped our conversion rate substantially since we installed it. Clients just love good reviews, and this app makes your review shine!

I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of this app and the team behind it. Being in the business of reviews they know how to generate good ones. Exceptionally simple to set up, but once you have the basics down you can go way deeper. The app has an enormous variety of functions. The support was quick (30 minute replies to all questions), flexible and seamless. People talk a lot about Yotpo but complain a lot about service and price. This app is better in every way.\r\n\r\nSeriously brilliant. A must have for all stores wanting social proof.

Great app! It makes it easy for customers to review your products. We like that you can send a reminder email to those that don't respond the first time (two is usually our limit.) You can also select which product you would like reviewed.

Great and amazing, helps me alot for product trust. because it still new so people gain trust from it.

Awesome app, and works brilliantly at getting customers to give a review. One thing that I would like to see added is an overview at the top of the reviews snippet that shows the total number of reviews for each star so it is easy for customers to tell what percentage is 5 star vs 4 star vs 3 star etc.

I'm so impressed with the customer service from day one while I am still using the free version. The app gives me just what I want.

very good way to collect review. Free !!! and you can response back to the negative comment without hassel of upgrading. Good apps Updated 24.06 Upgrade to Prem Plan Tom Ong went beyond normal service to help me with more features It is a no brainer rating 5 stars !!!!!!!!!!

Been super stoked on the app. Much, much more affordable than a product like Yotpo and with much of the functionality. The team has been responsive to all of our questions and the app has functioned well. Just this week Shopify Reviews app had some issue and deleted a ton of reviews, but ours were intact because we had this app. Pretty great

SO amazing to see the reviews POURING in, without my having had to lift much of a finger. We got 22 reviews in one day this week! And customers being able to do the review right IN the email and hit submit is a great UX. LOVE this app. Thanks so much!

stamped.io has been a brilliant addition to my site. i previously tried yotpo and was turned off by their excessive/aggressive sales tactics (they called my cell phone nonstop during business hours trying to get me to upgrade my account and were CRAZY expensive in comparison to stamped.io) ... stamped.io has not only saved me a ton of money, but it offers EVERY key feature i need/want. (the only thing i wish for is a sweet tooth/smile.io integration) ... but now my customers can see all +/- 700 reviews on one page instead of scrolling through all my products. love it! thank you!
