This company is superb, i wasted 3 months with yotpo and ristrict myself to lot of limitations without any reason, then shopify expert recommand this app to me and i m glad that i migrated. It solved all my issues and i m more then happy !! Support is so fast that sometime it feels like they reply almost same second as you shoot them email. Keep it up Cheers

This app is most def a great app for any Shopify store owner. Having reviews on your store an awesome strategy for building trust and making sales.

It's very applicable to my site! This is something I have been looking for when I started. Easy to integrate(If it's not easy, they will provide timely support as well). Would recommend sites that are looking for getting different type of customer reviews.

We used this app when we were on ECWID, when we moved to shopify it was the first app we installed. Love how effortless it is to set up and takes the process out of collecting reviews away. Super easy to install and use.

Excellent app, but more importantly excellent support. With an app like this with many features, there are naturally a lot of things that need to be worked out. The team is super responsive (do they sleep?). I definitely would recommend to anyone.

Great app and easy to use. Great help from support.

Disappointed. Useless features and more over the free version is useless. Each month is asking me to upgrade to a premium plan even if I didn't send 50 emails. In the last 3 months since I installed it, there were sent 71 emails only. Most of the time the app is in "pause" mode waiting for you to pay. Nothing is free, I've got it but what's the point with this FREE version? Just to get some people on board quickly? later edit - forgot to mention that the app server gives lots of error just to display the current status.

I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of this app and the team behind it. Being in the business of reviews they know how to generate good ones. Exceptionally simple to set up, but once you have the basics down you can go way deeper. The app has an enormous variety of functions. The support was quick (30 minute replies to all questions), flexible and seamless. People talk a lot about Yotpo but complain a lot about service and price. This app is better in every way. Seriously brilliant. A must have for all stores wanting social proof.
