Yotpo was way overpriced so I went with Stamped instead. It does the job and the founder Tommy seems like a really hard working guy and gives GREAT support. He seems to always be upgrading and improving his product which is great. Most importantly, everything I've used works, and it's a very complete software. Some constructive criticism would be to improve the user interface, but this is probably easier said than done. They've recently improved the UI for the review request options koodos for them on that. All their app improvements are logged and easily seen in the "updates" tab which is really convenient for me to see what new features I can experiment with. Keep up the good work Tommy.

This app gets 5 Stars because there aren't 10! This app is a powerful tool for encouraging customers to promote your products. Highly recommended. Install ASAP - you won't be sorry.

Keeps getting better & better. More features always being added. We have added to multiple Shopify stores, and the support staff have always been quick and handled all issues we have had and did the fixes for us. If you run a Shopify Store, this is a must have app.

Great app! Very easy to set up and it works perfectly with the orders automatically. We are getting many more reviews since we started using it. Highly recommended! Update (08/31/17): Very happy with the app and the results have been fantastic. The main reason for the update is the customer service. I needed help with some issues I was having on my end, and Rachelle was just amazing. After many emails back and forth, she went above and beyond to help me solve the problem and understand how everything works. Rachelle, you rock!!! :) Thank you!

These guys will really really really do anything to get you up and running. I have written 50+ emails back and forth with them now (yes im not good with computers) and they answer really quick and take their time, to explain everything to me! I wrote them today (sunday!) and they replied within 10 minutes, with a fix to my issue! That kind of customer service is so amazing! By far my favorite review app. I've moved from Yotpo and honestly this app is a lot easier to work with and free features surpasses our previous app by light years. This app is an absolute must for any e-com store.

I love this app. It's very easy to install and configure. It makes getting product reviews from customers a snap ! And, I don't have to do any time consuming legwork to ask for the reviews :)
