Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

Out of the box, this app worked really well! I had a few exceptions and tweaks and Tommy and his team have been very helpful and took care of my requests promptly. This app is great! Would recommend.

LOVE THIS APP! Last year we added the Product Reviews app and didn't know about the addon. In just the week since we installed it we have seen our product reviews go way up. It makes it SO easy for someone to do the review 1-2-3. I highly recommend this app.

Easy to implement. The fact that customers can review direct from the email is a great feature.

We implemented product reviews addon app a few weeks ago and has been great so far. I like the email automation and which our customers are able to review right from the email along with other customizations. Support has been excellent and responsive, too!

I'm moving from TrustPilot to Stamped. It's still early but so far the service and options available are way more directed at improving our reviews than with Trust Pilot it took a team of people to understand how to market the review process to the customer.

Great Product reviews app for your shop especially if you are a new shop.! they don't charge any fee for a starter and the feature that they offer is very good.

I am having many problems with this app. Just now after contacting you and telling about the problems I have, I decided to follow with one of your solutions but it didn't work. I excluded a product from reviews and resend a review to a customer so the customer can write a review of the other products in her order, but when I hit resend and preview, the same donation product appeared in the request. Also, we are missing a couple of reviews. I clicked on the email sent but the review does not appear in shopify admin.

I’m very impressed with Stamped.io and have been using is for a little over 1-yr. I started out with the Free Plan and within a few months switched to the Basic Plan. The app itself is great and worth the investment not to mention some of the 3rd Party apps it integrates with which is an added bonus. Recently I outgrew the Basic Plan and have now decided to upgrade to the Premium Plan. The reviews are critical and provide customers with a sense of trust and security. I look forward to the additional features the Premium Plan offers and will look forward to the support team at Stamped.io to help ensure I’m getting the best possible ROI. Some of the features I really enjoy are: Auto-Pilot: Automatic emails are sent requesting reviews. Just set it and forget it! Convenience: Customers are able to send reviews directly from their email Conversion: See a boost in increased sales for items that have reviews SEO: Reviews greatly help and increase your web presence The only thing I would like to see is that they make some of the services offered in the Enterprise Plan available to smaller companies that may not have the budget like bigger companies. I would like to say after 2 years working with stamped, they provide an outstanding, professional service, second to none. The customer service is seriously fast, professional and reliable, even working weekends. I have a lot of experience dealing with developers and App staff, these guys know their stuff so well they mostly don't even require access to your theme, CSS or HTML, they seem to just know what to do, which means they have massive experience with all shopify themes! I'm updating this review because they have helped my business grow 10 fold, the app they have created is really wonderful and easy to use and very reliable, I love the blog notifications/update centre they have within admin , it's great to keep updated on new features and integration with other App's... There are a few review apps out there and I have tested them and Shopry is a Lot More than just a review app, its a way to engage and involve your customers with your business, You can even reward them with a coupon for the review via email. The email sent out to customers is again clean and crispy looking and easy to navigate with loads of features like remaining anonymous when leaving reviews - Glad I finally have a reviews program that is perfect for my store. Great app, the support team is always very helpful and responds to my questions almost straight away. I have this app on both of my stores and would recommend this to anyone wanting a robust review app with a lot of add on features (according to your plan). Keep up the good work Tommy!
