I can't say i understand this but, WOW... not complaining. My new store's been off to a slow start and I've really working on tweaking everything for hits. No reviews have come in yet on this new site, but I'm proud of my stellar Etsy reviews from my old site (which I haven't yet migrated). Suddenly my hits are increasing. As I'm searching my analytics to determine where from I see that my number one referral site is stamped.com... I only recognized it by the yellow star logo when I clicked through!!! THANKS!! I'm pleased and full of wonder as to how that is since I haven't been reviewed yet... NO COMPLAINTS THOUGH.

Great App, Awesome (and quick!) customer service! I love the multi-lingual support so I can set up the language depending on the province my customers live in (in Canada).

This is an awesome app! I get tons of reviews and it makes the customers feel heard and cared for. The customer service is on point too.

So far, so good. We have the Basic plan. We have not yet taken the reviews live, but the setup has been easy. I requested a template change particular to our customer base, and they fulfilled my request the same day. Will update once we see how many customers are actually reviewing. Update: We've been up and running on Stamped.io for about 3 months now. The dashboard is easy to use and the everything seems to be working just as promised. We have had lower engagement than we would like, but we are not offering a percent discount which likely accounts for that. All in all we are very pleased, and the customer service is excellent.

its functions are pretty good but the UI is kind of hard to use. Please put a little more effort on the UI & UX

It rivals Yotpo and the other product review apps. I think some of the features could have a little more customization available, but they make up for this with their excellent customer service.

Great app, works well with simple integration

Beware, this app will send your customers emails asking for reviews, by default, and there's no way to turn off this option! For stores in other language than English, be sure to customize your emails and translate them, otherwise your customers will get emails from you in a language they don't understand.
