So, I always heard about the Nordstrom story and the man with the tires, and thought it was cool and thought to myself did it really happen? Well here is my story with Stamped.io: I emailed them because I was using a different service on my Shopify and I also had their app downloaded on my account, I was convinced that they. were the other company and I asked them to do so many things because I was not pleased with the other company. Stamped.io Did everything without even asking me, what was it that had issues with, They basically moved everything for me and put it on their platform, and then told me by the way we are a different company. I WAS SHOCKED, I WAS IMPRESSED and I fell in love. I switched all my reviews with them. they have been very nice and helpful and on top of all of that very patient. They respond to every email promptly, I really respect and appreciate them and how they run their business and how they take care of their customers. Thanks guys

Works great. Easy for the customer to write a review without being too invasive. Adding a % off voucher also is great way to encourage more reviews. Also requesting pictures of customers creations with the product is an awesome way to create a community with your brand. A must have but too expensive hence the 4 stars.

Get this app! This is the best app out there for REVIEWS - far better value than YotPo. It's made even better by the customer service. This is the best customer service of any app developer we've ever encountered. Tommy and team respond quickly and go above and beyond anytime we have an issue. The issue is usually on our end but they still are always quick to help.

This tool is good for getting customer's review

This is the best way to request reviews on Shopify. Customers can submit their review directly from their email, taking away extra steps and clicks. With my little store, it makes a big difference when I have a few dozen reviews on a new product, and this REALLY helps. Highly recommended.

The app is great and the customer service is outstanding. When listing the customer's Location in the review, I wish the app pulled the City, State from their order rather than their Country. All our customer reviews are "United States," which isn't too informative. Maybe one day. Other than that, awesome.

Excellent app. Integrates well to automate the review gathering process. Oh, and most importantly...the customer service is just AMAZING. As with anything, there will be things that come up while setting it up. Send a quick message to this team and it's almost an instant reply, and they've always been able to steer me back in the right direction quickly. (Yes, it's my fault 99% of the time, but they don't judge me too harshly haha). I recommend this app to anyone who understands the struggle to obtain authentic reviews on your products, and just wish it could be taken care of for them. Thanks guys!

Incredible support! We sent a request for help in installing the widget onto our store, we wanted reviews to show up on the product page and in another specific area of the product page. Tommy sent us instructions and also offered to do the set up for us. We opted for them to do the setup and where expecting to wait maybe 12-24 hours as we contacted them on Sunday. We sent the request and at 10:27 am, it was completed at 10:38 am the same day !! I have never had a faster response! Excellent

We've been using Stamped free version for a long time and only just decided to upgrade to the premium version. I wished we've done it earlier! There was a lot of updates and customizations because of all the added features, so we emailed Stamped. We received responses and help literally within minutes of sending the email! They not only helped with importing reviews, customizations of themes and was also extremely patient with answer our never-ending questions. Highly recommend their app, which is much better in value and cost friendlier than other review apps we tried!

This app is definitely a MUST HAVE for any online store. It works great and has loads off helpful features to help grow your business. The customer service is sublime. 5 Stars all the way.

Great app, but it would be even better if I could customize the email wording and review buttons for my German customers.
