I Love this app!! It's provided so much more credibility and real life experience to my products. In turn, this has helped increase sales. Support staff (Rachelle) was AMAZING to deal with - nothing was a problem and she explained everything in detail and helped resolve my issue very quickly. HIGHLY recommend this app

I am very happy with both the app and the support they provide. I appreciate the quick and helpful response by stamped.io customer service. Installation of the app was easy and we almost immediately started getting customer reviews. In addition, having the question and answer feature on all of our product listings is very cool. I really like the video review request feature but not quite sure I want to upgrade to the enterprise plan. It would be great if that feature was available on the premium plan. Overall very happy with stamped.io, highly recommend

This is a great app which integrates into Shopify very beautifully. It offers many great features as well and is easy to navigate. The best part of using Stamped.io is there outstanding customer service. I signed up for the free plan and when I had issues setting up my first email review, they were quick to help me out. This led me to purchase their Premium package and I am 100% satisfied with everything so far!

We switched over from Yotpo to Stamped and we are glad that we did. Customer support and service is just amazing from Rachelle and Tommy. Everything works just as well and the savings are incredible compared to their competitor. I would highly recommend Stamped for the value and most of all for the incredible support. They will make switching over very easy and are always there to assist whenever you need them. Just plain awesome! Thank you guys and keep up the great work!!!

This is the easiest and most cost effective review app available for Shopify. Installation is fast, there are a ton of pre-built options for displaying reviews that don't mess up load times, and the support has solve the few minor issues I've run into in a fast, friendly manner.

I am so impressed with the app so far. I was able to import orders in to the queue going back 6 months which allowed me to collect review quickly that I thought I may never get. Looking forward to hearing back from support on a few small hic-ups but nothing major. I am currently using the premium plan and admiring the curated IG option. ***Update*** Top notch customer service. I have been well take care of since rolling out Stamped.io. The app and the team behind it is awesome. They moved from 4 star to 5 star.

I gave 5 stars as there is nothing that I can fault the app on technically. Inspiring trust in current and future customers is tremendously important to garnering a decent following and return customers. The fact is that our products were getting rave reviews across the board, and it is so easy to just fake testimonials to the point that i don't even read them. Amazon has brought the star rating and comments system into the public consciousness and I use it when researching a product or service. Stamped has added options like checkout reviews in the upgraded subscription, and that helps us engage with the customer at the most important part of their decision making process.
