I have dealt with dozens of apps, many of which have good customer service, some just average. But Stamped.io blows them all out of the water with the best service I have ever experienced from a tech company. The app itself is great, widgets are amazing, and I believe it has increased my sales. But when I contacted them with a small problem they went above and beyond in helping me resolve that problem. They answered my emails quickly, fixed an issue that I had caused, and did so with amazing proficiency. I strive to have my company emulate this customer service experience. Really great!

This app is super easy to use and has a ton of features, especially considering how reasonable the price is. Support is fantastic, too. They've helped us out a ton - they even found and fixed a bug completely unrelated to their app. Awesome customer service!

We are very impressed with the stamped app and their team! After a couple of years using Yotpo, we decided to give stamped a try as we were looking to streamline our cost! We were paying over $600 a month for Yotpo and their visual marketing module. Although we were happy with their platform and their service, this was super high cost! We are now getting pretty much the same capabilities with Stamped for $69 per month and they have been extremely responsive and helpful. We are super happy with their review platform and all of the help and support we get expeditiously! Thank you Rachelle and team for all that you do for us!!

This app offers all the same features of Yotpo except for 1/10th the price. Not to mention the support for stamped.io is literally the best I've experienced. Which I can not say the same for their competitors. Save your money and your time and use this review app!

Great user friendly app, it has allowed me to manage product reviews on the website and also share it on other platforms like FB. The technical support provided by the team is excellent, they answered all my queries very quickly and when I was unable to do anything they did it for me without any hesitation. I highly recommend it :)

Bought a couple of items and the service was excellent. I bought a Bikini and body shaper and they are exactly what I was expecting. Will be keeping my eyes open to see what new products are on offer.

These guys are the BEST in the business! They constantly go above and beyond provide quick and no hassle support and reply to emails lightening fast unlike some other apps we have used in the past! Having used this app for nearly a year and can recommend them to any Merchant who wants to improve their conversion rate and provide customer confidence. The widgets are clean and well coded, they sit seamlessly on our website, the colours and branding are on point. Anything you need fixed they are always happy to help and dont even complain if you made a mistake and need something re fixed :P I have had so many customers positive comments about it, since being installed it has definitely brought us more sales! Being able to display customer photos and a trust badge to provide confidence to first time customers is invaluable to any online store. I would love it if the pricing was a little bit cheaper, but you can grow with their plans. All in all - its great value for the service and product you receive. We decided not to keep our reviews on other social platforms in case they one day become "pay for play" and held captive, we are proud to use Stamped as our preferred review App. We strongly recommend them to any Merchant looking to add a Reviews widget to their Shopify store.

Had a minor bug with products that had an " in the title got truncated after the " -- The support contact got back to me almost immediately with a solution. Absolutely amazing response time, and the app itself makes it super easy for anyone to leave a detailed review. Pretty great app.

Works great! We've seen a substantial increase in legitimate reviews and it has helped us resolve customer service issues that we may have not known about, just from sending out review requests. Installation was easy and didn't take long to get everything running. Definitely one of the better apps on the Shopify platform.
