Great app - would recommend for new stores so that you can collect reviews from customers until you have enough to actually display them on your website.

I gave 5 stars as there is nothing that I can fault the app on technically. Inspiring trust in current and future customers is tremendously important to garnering a decent following and return customers. The fact is that our products were getting rave reviews across the board, and it is so easy to just fake testimonials to the point that i don't even read them. Amazon has brought the star rating and comments system into the public consciousness and I use it when researching a product or service. Stamped has added options like checkout reviews in the upgraded subscription, and that helps us engage with the customer at the most important part of their decision making process.

This app is absolutely great and extremely cost effective when compared to some other product review platforms on the market. The product reviews, without a doubt, have lead to an increase in conversions and sales on our website - our customers find them very useful when choosing products. What's better than the app itself is the service provided by the app creator, specifically Tommy - who is a total superstar! Always quick to reply to emails, always going the extra mile. We cannot recommend Stamped.io highly enough, we'd give it 6/5 if we could.

In a word, awesome sauce! Ok, that was two words. So by now you've probably heard why this app is so highly rated but until you implement you won't know why. You'll be especially impressed if you've used other platforms in the past. I was on another ecommerce platform and the options were limited. I was using Yotpo. For $30/mo I was paying for basic reviews, questions/comments section. Ok, not bad. But in order to get pictures submitted, I had to use another platform and let's say it cost me four times as much as Product Reviews Addon and wasn't nearly as good. OK, the cost alone makes this five stars right away but cost isn't everything. In this case, the variety of widgets makes it five stars. The layout of the back end makes it five stars. The cool features like checkout comments (I'm on the Premium platform) makes it five stars. Also the ability to group certain products that are related so they all share the same review. Why don't the others think of this?! Finally, the responsiveness and speed of the customer services makes it seven stars. I feel like I've been ripped off by other platforms in the past. But it does give me great perspective when I come across an app like this. They've simplified the process, gave it a fair price, and made it beneficial for the business owner. What more can I say other than this is a no-brainer. Get it!

Customer service second to none! All questions answered promptly and the app is working like a charm! The photo reviews are excellent and the new checkout reviews look like they are going to be as well. If you need a way for your customers to review your products.. get this App!

Wow this app is so awesome! Not only does it make it super easy to automate the collection of customer reviews, but it looks really great with the widget to highlight our reviews on the site, which drives more traffic and customer conversion. The best part of the app is that the Stamped.io team is super responsive to all questions, always emailing us back within a few minutes. Beyond that, they even have installed settings for us so that we don't have to spend time figuring it out and can focus on our business. This team has been great. Having some issues with my dev getting the right file, but they have been very helpful in making sure everything is correct. Could not recommend a better company for reviews and q/a function.

We are still on the free trial but so far so good! I love how you can see who they sent the email to, if the customer open the email and if anyone left feedback! I just wish the next plan didn't go from free to $15.00 a month. Maybe like $7.00 or $10.00 and I would have already upgraded!
