This app has one of the best customer service of any app I've experienced on Shopify. Not only is the product more than complete for reviews and customer feedback (more capabilities and features than we are using) but well thought in consumer experience and design. Very happy as an Enterprise user!!

Very pleased with this app! Like most etailers, reviews are a lifeblood for my business. I had thousands of reviews and when I was switching to Shopify I was panicked about moving them. The team here jumped right in and helped me get sorted out. Plus, the image upload is a GREAT feature. Plus, loving this connects to a Shopify App. Thanks for being there for us! UPDATE TO REVIEW Was having a problem with product pages loading properly and theme developer told me it was Shopry. I contacted Shopry and within TWO MINUTES, yes, TWO MINUTES, Tommy jumped on it and fixed it. That easy! And no, it was NOT the app, just one of those blips that happen. Point is, Tommy saved my day. I was a mess over this and he had it fixed in MINUTES. Who does that? Tommy does! Cannot rave enough about this customer service. Yet another update! 2018 Just when I think their customer service couldn't get any better...the team at Stamped.io outdoes themselves. I had a rather complicated request and no one batted an eye...they just DID WHAT I WANTED??? How crazy is that? I expressed a desire and they said, "No problem" and got it done. Another FIVE STARS from us!

They say they allow video reviews, yeah after you install the free version you need to upgrade to the next plan just to have ANY options... Then when you pay $29 you find out that if you want video reviews you need to pay $199 a month. What a joke. I've ran hundreds of reviews with loox on my other sites and have had great results, I should have stayed with them. Deleting this app and going back to loox. Call me when all your features are $50 or less a month

Great app. Easy to install and great customer support. If I have one criticism it's that sales and publicly available support documentation (which I like to look at before signing up for a product) are nowhere near as good as the personal support you receive as a customer.

Excellent app and so glad with our move from Yotpo to Stamped which has been great. We really liked Yotpo, but there costs were more than double what our Stamped plan is, plus we get way more features! Loving the checkout reviews feature that Yotpo does not have. Amazingly fast support responses and super helpful with all our migration questions and got us moved over and running in no time. Highly recommend and will be using again on other sites for sure!!

This app is awesome. We were going to use YOPTO. However they are very expensive and miss some of the features that this app does. Also the support is awesome. Always quick to respond and knowledgable.

Love this app!! They are super helpful! I had three separate issues. They walked me through fixing the first two issues and then even fixed the third one for me. My shop is now finished and the app helps show our positive reviews to future customers. Would strongly recommend to anyone!

This app is so FRUSTRATING! Everything I try and click on says I need to upgrade my account and the only plan worth upgrading to is $69.00 a month. Be sure to check out the pricing "details" located below where it says that the price is $0.00 a month. in very small print. Usually, they will have custom or something similar listed for pricing, instead of advertising that the app is free then makes you go to a completely separate page to view their pricing! NOT WORTH IT IN MY OPINION!
