its good as the advertise, but still lack of education about what to do more with the software, like the next step to maximize the potential of the apps (maybe create a blog post of tips and tricks, data analytics, etc to improve sales in website by maximize the potential of stamped) tq!

This app is phenomenal. We wasted about a month with Yotpo and we weren't getting the support we needed. We found Stamped.io through a podcast and made the switch. They happily installed the program into our theme and helped us set everything up. What took us a month with Yotpo, took only 1 day with Stamped.io. The email support was very fast with their responses (like 5 minute response time) and very friendly. Highly recommend this app if you want excellent customer service and a great product.

Stamped.io is the easiest way to automatically ask for and collect reviews for your Shopify store. I was only using Shopify's Review App at first but then realized that I needed an automated email to go out -- what really took the cake is that customers can leave their review in the email itself which really improved the ratio of emails to reviews. I will keep this app installed forever!

Fantastic app and even better customer service they reply very quickly to all emails and help with the integration of the reviews from start to finish. I would highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to have reviews on there store. Thanks again.

We were using another review app and were dissatisfied with the results. Switching to Stamped.io has been a huge help. This is a great app! It is much more reasonably priced than many of the other review apps especially for what you get. Also, the support is great and very quick!

Great app- has everything you could look for in a reviews app. Even better, the team is always on hand to respond to any questions and will make reasonable adjustments if you request them. Price is a little high for all of the features, but so far it seems worth it to me.

The app was very easy to install and customize to perfection in about 30 minutes. I didn’t have any problems at all. (No html coding or knowledge was needed). Really looks great in my store and worked perfectly with my “tabs” on my product pages. I believe it was good for my google ranking as well because it added “keywords” to my pages as written by my customers. Additional Comments: I've been using this APP for over a year. Like most Shopify store owners, eventually you move away from all the "Paid APPS" and buy a custom theme with all the APPS built in. I did just that. I'm on my second "custom theme" now, and this is the one app that that will always be a part of my themes. Thanks to the excellent support (not to mention very quick to respond and take action) moving to a new theme was very easy. I guess the old saying is true, "You get what you pay for!". This is a quality APP with Quality support. Special thanks to Martin for the extra attention and custom setup.

You are at a serious disadvantage if you display product reviews on your store but don't use Stamped.io Their customer service is fantastic!

Love this app! Their support is second to none! Super helpful and nice. The only thing I wish this app would do is if it was possible to send emails in different languages. Our store has 4 languages and cramping everything in one emails isn't a great solution. :)

I normally don't write reviews, but felt like I had to for this app! This was the only review app I could find that didn't embed their logo on my site. It is so easy to use and the support is phenomenal. I get responses very quickly. I've just started my business and their free version has so many helpful features for my business growth. I will definitely be sticking to this app and upgrading it on my business journey. Would definitely recommend!

The interface is lacking and left me confused on a few occasions. However, the customer support is top notch and with their help I am happy with the product. However, I wish it was easier to further customize the branding of emails.
