Great app to help give our customers a piece of mind on when buying a new product in the marketplace.

i emailed yotpo to give them a chance before i walked away but they never replied. So i emailed these guys after hearing great things, went to bed, woke up and the change over was done. customer service is spot on (im on the higher plan not sure if that makes a difference) Yotpo can go jump. same price for 6 times more orders processed and more flexibility and better customer service, very happy

Using from almost 3 years, I must say this app has helped us in getting more reviews, customer feedback and off-course repeating customers. The tech support is top notch. So if you are reading the review to decide then I would suggest give it a go. You are not going to regret it.

I use stamped.io on one of my other stores, I looked around for other review apps on the market for this new store I am building and although other apps look appealing I still think stamped looks the best for me and the overall customisation with the email flow is brilliant. The support is first class which is why I continue to use this app for this store and more future stores.

Been a couple of weeks and so far so good. Importing from YotPo was fine and unlike said platform, I don't need to pay USD$8K a year to get SEO access to review data in Google crawls. Update 2019. Two years on, these guys still rock. Obsessive customer focus and service.

What a breath of fresh air it's been working with Stamped. We had been running YotPo for years and were debating an upgrade with them but decided to try out Stamped first. They made the integration easy, the porting of past reviews easy and it seems our customers are interacting with their platform much more often than they ever did with our old review system. I am really happy with this app. I am already having more reviews left by customers. Previously, I was manually sending out emails. This is so much better. The reminders are sent out automatically and customers can leave their review right within their email. Very convenient! I was also able to create a Review page using the app's 'full-page review widget' and really appreciate having all of my reviews visible in one place. Edited: I continue to appreciate this app. Kudos to the app staff for prompt and super friendly help on the occasions when I have questions.

Love Stamped.io, they have an amazing support team and I think the grouping of reviews from very similar products is going to boost conversion!

I was able to easily add my reviews to my page and create an e-mail to send to my customers after their orders. The support I've requested in e-mail was really quick as well!
