I've used your app for years ignoring some glitches, some delays coz i just needed an app to collect reviews and show them. I would have paid for a plan if your prices didn't increase so steeply after 50 reviews collected. $23 for the next tier is not worth it for all the glitches and bugs. Someone submitted a review on 24 Jan and till 26 Jan it wasn't showing on my website. Why then would I opt to upgrade to such a high amt of money? Its gone from good to worse and it doesn't make sense to continue or upgrade.

Willing to resolve an issue I had.

Listen, every app is flawed. All kinds of bugs and glitches happen every once in a while. BUT - overall, it's a beautiful gathering of clout for my business. And their customer service is fantastic. Samantha transferred 200+ 5* reviews from an accidentally deleted product to a new product listing and saved us. Thank you guys! Loving this app!

very good products

Stamped is a good product. We used it for a long time for free and recently upgraded to a paid plan. Support is good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that users can't update their reviews if they change their mind. We reach out to people that leave less than 4-star reviews. In some cases, people decide to update their review, but there's no way for them to do that.

Excellent service and excellent app. It is a little pricey, but you get a lot of functionality for what you pay for. The AI sentiment on reviews is pretty spot on most of the time saving time to not have to manually approve each review. I have been in the process of transferring my store from BigCommerce to Shopify and they have been very helpful in assisting me to migrate my reviews between their app on BC to Shopify. Overall I strongly recommend this app.

Love this app! We are a very small online business and with Stamped automated system, we now have wonderful reviews posted for our products, with more coming in each month. It feels like magic! Plus their support team is very pleasant and helpful whenever we have a question. Highly recommend!

This is a great app, with lot of functionality, smooth and deep integration with Shopify and Klaviyo...but what I want to stand out is the AMAZING customer service that they have, with Arjun in particular. They make you feel safe and calm, as if you had an internal development team in your company.

This app is essential to our social media presence and saves so much time. We have already received quite a bit of user generated content that has translated into even more sales. I wish we had started using it much sooner. The support is great, if you have a problem, they will solve it.

takes forever to load every change. ive installed and nothings showing up on my website, just slowing my website down likes it trying to load it but cant. super upsetting. edit: its added now but still wont load, i see the empty space where its trying to load it, but it wont load in. taking forever to make any updates. uninstalled. terrible app, just because it takes ages to load, never loaded. finding an alternative.

Great app. Very easy to work and figure out within minutes. The best part is the customer service. Almost immediate responses and help, along with friendly. Highly suggested! Adding to this: Changed my theme and wanted a specific look for part of this app. The request is something usually done by a web developed. But the customer service helped make my vision a reality. paid for the upgraded plan and received zero support. I have emailed ten times and all I get is canned response. No onboarding what so ever. Definitively a waste of time and money. No phone either!
