Been using this app for years now, does a great job of automatically emailing my customers asking for reviews. Easy to navigate software and the customer service is very quick and top quality, any questions just ask them and they sort it, thank you :-)

Reached out to stamped multiple times for installation and bug fixes. Each developer has been awesome to work with. Pretty quick turnaround and once they fix the bug all set. The app overall has been great.

Terrible service recently. Reviews stop product pages from loading and the issues is still not fixed. Business lost for two days because of this. Team did not respond until today and issue is still not fixed. This issue keep happening despite the team saying they fixed it. Issue is ongoing today. No response received from stamped yet.

Easy app to use. I like to way I get to automize emails to get reviews X days after a client purchase an item. Feedback is valuable, and time too! The customer service with the team is A+ EDIT Janvuary 10: Customer service still A+! Thank you for your help, as always.

Now 2024! Nearly eight years later, I'm even happier with this app. Eslam has helped me over the last two days to update my site and it looks so much more professional. Can't fault their customer service - top marks! Thank you so much. This is a great app & very easy to install. I'm so pleased to have found an automatic method of getting customers to write reviews without having to request them myself as a follow on email each time. I needed a small change to the size of the text in the review box and Tommy came back to me with the answer within an hour. What a good service. Excellent service. Easy to install on website, easy to set up email automations and change where necessary, we also use the business plan which allows us to show our ratings on our Google PLAs. Would highly recommend. Support is excellent too.

Updated review 4/30/2023: I contacted Stamped.io because the update on my website didn't transfer the review code, badges, and star rating over. They had the code reinstalled and all my ratings done in no time at all. Customer service is always on top of things when I reach out to them. I'm so glad I switched to this app 4 years ago. I switched to this app because it had better features. I had a problem with importing my old reviews to Stamped.io. I emailed them and they responded immediately. They told me what to do. It still didn't work (probably because I'm not a techie). They told me to export my old reviews and email it to them so they can upload them. I emailed the exported reviews to them and it was done in a snap. I also contacted them about the CNAME authentication. They gave me step-by-step instructions with picture and I was able to authenticate my account. Their app and customer service is top notch. Update 7/2023: I added the Loyalty & Referral feature from this app. The set up was easy and clear to follow. I had a bit of back end trouble, but customer service was on top of it. They had it fixed quickly. The app is working well now and I’m happy to offer the Loyalty program to my customers. I’m always satisfied with their customer service. Update 2024: Elvis quickly identified and corrected the issue of my missing code when I upgraded my Shopify website. Stamped always has great customer service.
