you are taking money from me, and Im not using the app since January, I hope you fix your system, im very disssapointed...

I love that spocket gives me the freedom to be my own boss.

Honestly, I've tested just about every supplier and I'm extremely disappointed with this one. I trialed spocket to see if it would be a good fit for me. I determined it wasn't. When I attempted to login again - I received a "sign up for spocket" pop up after cancelling my membership. I received the $299 charge for the "unicorn" level (even tho I attempted numerous times to cancel this membership). I even got ahold of support to try to get it resolved. They responded that I have 2 accounts under the same email. But since I somehow cancelled one day after the trial I'm crap out of luck. But hey - a product I'm not even using will be cancelled now. So I decided to try logging in to give it another go since i guess I just wasted $299 anyways and I still cannot login. This honestly has to be the worst experience I've had with a subscription service hands down. Account 1 Dropshippers Store #[REDACTED] No Store/Shop Connected [REDACTED] No Subscription/Plan Account 2 Dropshippers Store #[REDACTED] No Store/Shop Connected [REDACTED] Unicorn Monthly Plan (Trial End Date: March 06, 2024) - Cancelled on March 07, 2024.

I love everything about this program. Its very simple to use. I love the shipping times on my products.

I am impressed with the wide selection of items from smaller, more unique US and European businesses, which will help my shop stand out. Also Leah was a big help when I ran into a snag with duplicating my store accidentally. She is very patient, knowledgeable, clear, and polite. The support team got it fixed in a couple of days.

Spocket has fast shipping options and also a way to automate your store! They were very helpful during the startup stage and continue to be supportive!

Terrible app and company that just want to take your money. Coming from someone who has been dropshipping for 2+ years, I would say there are other better alternative. I barely used the trial because I didn't see much of the "AI" tech that could help my business any better. I tried to cancel the trial on the same day It supposedly ended but I already got charged $100 for it and they are not going to refund it after many emails back and forth.

Its been great so far! Great customer service and it is helping me continue to use Tik Tok shop as they have US based products and low shipping times. A little Pricey but I think its going to be worth it in the long run

Very easy to navigate, lot of products!

So far it has been a good experience and I have no major complaints. I had some questions and customer support was excellent, OJ Songsong stayed with it until the question was resolved and his follow up was much appreciated. I am still stocking my store and haven't launched yet so I will update again after that.
