Just started using Spocket. Works like a charm so far. Great selection of products to dropship. Nice interface.

They have a really nice selection of products to dropship and you can specify which country to ship from and to so it is a nice overall interface and some nice ways to search for products to add into your store. I'm sure whatever your niche is, you will be able to find products to fit it with this selection.

I have had terrible experience with this app. First, the membership fees. On 23.12.2018 I paid $39 membership fee to Spocket. That's Ok. Then I started a free trial on their highest membership which costs $99. When the trial expired, they charged me $99 on 12.01.2019. For one month, they have taken $138 from me for membership fees only. Secondly, on the product page is said that the product is in stock but when I order a product for my customer, it is either out of stock or cannot be delivered to their location. The last product I ordered was a bookshelf. I cancelled the order because I thought they wouldn't send it. Although, I cancelled it, they sent it and said that I should contact the buyer and tell him to return it. That makes a bad name for me on Amazon. Because I canceled orders because of them and I am just getting started on this marketplace. On 18.01.2019 we received the two refunds after almost the whole of January. However, the money they took for the $99 membership for which I wanted refund two days after I paid for it due to my problems with them + the cancelled order are not refunded. Also, I cannot remove my credit card information. They cannot hold my card info as I do not want to work with them anymore. This is illegal. I will never use them again and want this to reach other people so they do not lose money because of them.

This is the best App that I have used so far in my online retail business! One stop shop for all my needs!! I love it!

just starting out with this app for importing products, so far the instructions have been really simple to follow, the videos are short and to the point. perfect

So good that I can import products from EU/US! It shows a very clean interface and a very decent product filtering

I was new to dropshipping so I wasn't quite sure which apps to use. I came across some Spocket and was pleasantly surprised. They have nice things for an affordable price!

I just sold a product and the process was quick and easy. I also like that they will include your personalized invoice.

Update Review posted 1/22/2019 1) I still have not received a refund (as was communicated to me on one order - although they have since terminated that specific vendor from their system for not meeting Spocket's guidelines) 2) I still have not received an RMA for the 2nd order At least I took care of my two clients with a refund on my side. Very disappointed that Spocket never followed through. Original Review posted 1/9/2019 The concept is great . . . allows sellers to add products that align with their customers without investing any money in inventory. Although small, Spocket has some decent products that i added to my site and drop shipping is from the US. Integration went smoothly and process to place orders went well. For all of these things, Spocket would have earned 4.5 stars from me. Would Have. Where Spocket falls short is customer service. Over the holidays i had three orders of their products. I've had issues with two - 66% The first issue is i ordered a product and waited for the shipping confirmation and it never came. I reached out to Spocket and for the first couple of emails through their support page, no response. However, separately i received emails from their sales team wanting me to upgrade to their pro version. I took that time voice the need for Vendor Contact information (which they don't provide) or a tracking code. The second issue is i ordered a product and my client said the sizes ran small. I wanted an RMA and to know if the other size was available. Again, i used my opportunity through the sales team (because the support emails were not getting a response) and no vendor information is available. They eventually offered a refund and an RMA, however, neither has come through. After two additional emails through the only channel that was responding, I have heard nothing. I am now not sure if the first product was ever delivered. And my client for the 2nd order is still waiting for the RMA. So that I can perform a better customer experience for my clients, I am refunding both of their money today. for those of you with no problems, i am happy for you. However my experience is not the same.

SCAM ! You do not get a free trial ! I deleted app after a day then was changed for 30 days ! Scam scam scam scam scam !!!!!!!!!!!

Very user friendly

Such a good app! I can find really just reliable products compared to cheap things from china. I think I can really make a great store! I like the user interface, very friendly. Has such a nice design and it's so easy to find and add products to your import list. I haven't found any faults thus far.

So far it has meet my expectations and I have 0 issues with it. Highly recommend so far in my experience

I use this app to help supply my e commerce store. Great response and quick shipping. The variety of selection is great.

This app is a scam. They try to charge you after uninstalling the app. Shoplift need to do their due diligence before allowing this company on their app store.

Really nice app, simply love it! This will probably replace Oberlo at some point. Would recommend to everybody that dropships.

Don t install that scam app. The free trial is a total scam. You must disinstall the subsciption with the Spocket scam website and if you disinstall the app from shopify you will be charge from them. I have see 100 dollars from my bank statement and that doesn t appear in the Shopify invoice statement. Be carefull with scam App like that. I will start the Chargeback soon
