I found out about this app when it was listed as a recommended app on my Shopify store home page. Since I occasionally get questions from potential customers by phone about one of my products, I knew this app would be helpful both to my customers and my SEO. After installation, I was not happy with the size of the "Ask a Question" button in relation to my "Add to Cart" button, but could not figure out how to change it. I sent an email to support@simprosys.com. Mr Jivani responded and was able to change it to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this app.

Really impressed with this app. We stock some technical products and have had three usage questions already - now published on the site. Great for new content.

We've just installed the app and the process was pretty simple. Amit helped placing the "Ask a Question" button where we wanted on the product page promptly. We also just had a question from one of our customers and the process of answering & publishing the answer was smooth, no problem. Thank you Simprosys for this great free app. Highly recommend.

Love the app it makes my product pages more interesting with high-quality customer-generated content. It helps improve trust and conversion too and IS great for SEO. Amazon publishes their customer questions so you should be doing this also.

cant say anything good about it. For me, it didnt work at all on the website. I deleted it. But their code still remains. So thats also not good.

Just installed this app, looks great and works fine. Like the way the emails are laid out for the customer and that you can add links. Easy install but best to contact support if you wish to add the button and don't know coding, very helpful. Definitely recommend this app

This is a great app!! I love how easy it is, how it looks, how it will help with customer learning and interaction, and I love the automated email sent when you answer someone's question.

They installed the app for me in my store -- incorrectly and then when I asked for it to be fixed, they wanted to charge me $40 to fix it. Now, I would have installed this app myself, however, their video is really hard to understand. Fortunately, they deleted the app for me when I refused to pay the extra fee. The "Ask a Question" button was sitting on top of the "Add to Cart" button and unacceptable. They refused to fix this for free. Amit then thanked me for my one star review so that "people don't take them as crooked up reviews" He wrote me in an e-mail, "I am glad, I did not provide free customization of other app to the people like you who want everything for free despite knowing that opposite person puts his or her time and resources which have their own costs... " I have no idea what this means. The company offered to help me, all I asked was them to fix the "Ask a Question" button, which they installed, and then wanted $40 to fix.

Awesome app, it is easy to install too. Lets you filter customer questions, answer a question publicly or via private email, and lets you create your own questions. Highly recommend.

Very impressed by this app so far. It's super easy to install and customise. On top of that, it helps to reduce calls and also helps boost SEO by having additional on page information.

This app is amazing. I have worked with many apps and I don't leave many reviews anymore because most are disappointing nowadays. But this one.. You need this.It is lightening fast. It will help your store, customers and SEO immensely. The support in top-notch. It is such a well built app with a modern dashboard. I can't believe it is being offered for free. And even the premium version is only $4.99. Amit thank you so much for this. This is one of the must have apps of 2017.
