I've been an Etsy seller for years and have appreciated Etsy's built-in "Ask A Question" button. I get a lot of questions and needed a feature like that in my newly launched Shopify store too! I was thrilled to find this app! It's exactly what I need. Tech support was top notch.

This app works great and helps with SEO since you're adding more updated content to your product pages. Very simple to set up and manage.

This app is fantastic! If the customer has any questions or is needing information, I believe it will help the customer's concerns and ultimately help with conversions. I also need to mention Milan was exceptionally helpful when I asked if he could change the button colour to match my theme. He was more than happy to help. He took the initiative and changed it immediately and then emailed me to say it was done. Great customer service, Milan! Keep up the awesome work!

You need to hire a person to upload question and answer ONE by ONE. This is so old school. There is no uploading questions via Excel feature. Contacting support. Let's see there response to this legitimate basic requirement.

This app does what it says and the customer service is excellent. Milan helped me w/ adding the snippet to my theme and was very responsive.

This is the best app I found for FAQ/Q&A on the Shopify app store. The customer service is also very very good. Very impressed.

I used this app for few weeks and found it adds + 15 sec to page load time. Test on your website before deploying.

Cant use apps that have issues and suddenly cause 30 sec load times. No way to immediately chat with devs either. Just can't take the risk these days.
