This app helps keep your customers engaged and allows for you to answer questions asked by prospective buyers. When you answer, they get an email. Not just does it create a better product understanding, but brings the customer back to your site for purchase. It's easy to set up, and support is very responsive.

Free plan provides a simple, baseline functionality - but the plans are very poorly pay gated. The features behind the pay wall don't make sense. There isn't enough of them to justify a subscription. The subscription plans offer little-to-no extra value to the app, they just put quality of life and baseline operation features (like export) behind a pay wall. Also - isn't exposing a customer's contact data from a question form and allowing a user (paying a subscription) to import that into email marketing a violation of GDPR?

Excellent addition to my website. This app is clean and adds value to product pages. I have received 2 questions from product pages from customers since 2/15/17. I installed the app and placed it where I wanted on my page. However I was having some technical issues that Amit quickly fixed. I really like this app and highly recommend it! UPDATE 10/13/17 - This app is one of the best free apps out there. Great for giving customers a way to answer questions, which are then posted on the product page if approved by you. It looks good and flows well within my website. UPDATE 10/15/21 - The service is great. I updated my store to the latest theme and they updated their widget within 1 day. We love this app! We have 2 stores and use it on both of them. We have a general FAQ page and product specific Q&A's both of which come from this app. It has helped with our SEO and service. I contacted them regarding a small request I had with the display of the questions and they accommodated me and resolved the issue, no questions asked. Great service and great app! I recommend it!

I love this app! It allows customers to ask real-time questions right on the product page while allowing me to post the question directly on the product page for new customers to see. Google is starting to pick up on these questions and ranking them in the top of search when someone is searching for that question. Really great app for advanced SEO!
