Really easy to use and the support has been great - especially Angie who got back to me really quickly with the technical issue I had around how coupons were showing for customers. We have been using this app for a few years, the functionality is reliable and my customers love getting rewarded with points that they can use on future purchases. Recently had a question for support and although it wasn't an urgent issue, they responded immediately and thoroughly. Would highly recommend. Firstly - thanks for being a loyal Merchant! Smile is great especially because of their customer service! Shelby was SO helpful! Within 5 minutes she was on a live chat with me, and took extra measures to help me find an answer to my issue. She was quick, friendly, and professional. Customer service chats are often unhelpful and frustrating, but I never have that issue with Smile! I would definitely recommend.
