Easy to setup and customer service was helpful

We have been using Smile for a couple of years now and it has been working well for us. Support has always been responsive and helpful when we have had questions or issues. I would like to see the option for retailers to be able to create their own ways to earn. Such as giving double points on certain products not all. Or giving extra points for selecting Click + Collect on their order for example. We have tiers for our customers and would love to see this push across to shopify so we don't have to manually tag our customers which can be time consuming. Would also love to see the option for better bespoke design with the templates so it is more on brand/inline with our own look. Overall, it does work very well.

Great, customizable user experience and great customer support! And they take feature requests so I'm hoping they grow with me :)

Reading some worrying reviews and too many without a reply, although most are positive. Only installed the app yesterday so this might not be the best feedback (I can always update). They would love charging you based on the number of orders but with the free plan the customers don't get to see the points on the product page, account page, checkout and post purchase. The customers are also limited in redeeming the points at the checkout. So on one side, Smile.io would love to make more money if we generate more orders, while restricting our customers experience with their reward system and ultimately our growth and Smile's. This makes no sense.

I had some questions about the Smile app integrations with Klaviyo and the employee I spoke to, Andreandana, was super helpful!

I couldn't figure out why my customers haven't been able to redeem their points with Smile and she was able to explain it to me.

We've been using Smile for about 3 years now and haven't had any major issues. It's fairly easy to use and tech support is always quick to respond if we ever have any questions.

I just took over management of this app on our website. A customer was having problems redeeming her rewards points, so I reached out to customer support at Smile. Shelby got back to me very quickly and showed me what I needed to do to embed the app in our Shopify theme. Her instructions were very easy to follow, and within a few minutes I was up an running. Very happy with this level of customer service.

The app is very easy to set up and great to use though I do think a couple items like VIP and expiry points should be offered in starter as well, overall it’s great. The support staff - even better! Thanks Lynn

The app is great, and has pleasant automation templates with a great responsive team from both the billing and implementation support. Unlike other similar apps which looks more bare-bone and had to do more manual customisations. Just unfortunate there's only simplified chinese and no traditional chinese support, and there are certain fields which just can't be manually overwritten.
