Best customer support ..Quick responses and solves issues

I had contacted Smile support months ago, and I was disappointed that the Redeem Points functionality was not available in our checkout. They said they would provide my feedback to the development team. I just received an email out of the blue (from a person, which is even better) that the feature is now functional, and it's already active in our checkout. That is great customer support!

We love this app and helped us retain customers and provide them with excitement with rewards when shopping. With the ever changing technology these days, it is great to receive excellent and very timely customer support when you need them, and thank you Lisa and Joana for always being there to respond promptly and provide assistance every time. Well done guys! :)

Great app! We have the free version and we are so impressed with everything offered for free! So much customization and the app works flawlessly… I needed customer support and got an email back within minutes and a follow up email when I didn’t respond. Nothing is better than good customer service!
