5 stars for customer service. I haven't had a chance to experience the app in a live store yet but had a billing issue that was resolved quickly and easily after reaching out to customer support. Can't speak to how the app functions quite yet, although installation and customization has been easy so far.

Excellent app, integration with Shopify is easy and thorough. Has a positive effect on sales and retention. Direct integration with the new-style checkout is a boost for conversion. I've only ever had to use support once and Joanna there helped me out with a superb solution quickly and efficiently, thank you.

It seems ok, but you have to pay to edit ANYTHING pretty much. Its so disappointing trying to find a good loyalty program to use as a small woman owned business just starting out. I feel like there should be a company who caters to small start ups... we cant afford to pay $$$ to offer the BASICS to our customers... I want to love this app... but I cant just yet. The Free version is VERY VERY basic and you cant customize anything but the background color... :( dont yall remember what it was like to be a small a start up? Couldnt yall offer a slightly better cheaper version for someone like us?

Review edited: I was happy with the app but things have changed. I'm very frustrated with it now. I've been using it for far too long, should've offloaded it a long time ago. The paid version is too expensive for small businesses. I wish there were more options but it's only free or $50 and up and with all the apps that you need to have to be able to run a store, it add$ up. My main problem is that they have a weird calendar. They allow you to have full access to the settings until you hit 200 orders ( a month supposedly) but it really doesn't restart on the first day of each month. The customer service reps don't know when your plan will restart. For example it's Sept 2nd and I still can't edit my customer's rewards and I'm far from 200 orders this month. This also happened once near mid month and I still couldn't edit anything because the system hadn't restarted. The customer service agent couldn't tell me when my restart day was. If you're going to offer a free version of the app, it should run from the 1st of the month to the 30th, not just on random unknown dates :/
