The pricing and lack of features has gotten out of control. We are unsure how Smile calculates the 500 order threshold, but it is not accurate. Beware of the bait and switch for pricing and features that should be included but behind paywalls. You'll be paying $200/month shortly. We constantly get customer complaints how hard it is to redeem rewards. We have been loyal customers, but it is time to move on and I would bet many are looking for ways out. This app is excellent. Setup was simple, customization is straightforward, and most importantly, it’s really user friendly for our customers, making it easy for them to sign in and start earning points right away. The design is minimalist and clean, and it integrates seamlessly with our site. It’s also highly flexible, with plenty of options to let customers earn points in different ways. I had a question about some features and reached out to support. They responded quickly and followed up to make sure everything was resolved and working smoothly. Highly recommend.
