just wanted to express what a great employee you have..Abby took time to even create a quick video to let me see what she was talking about. She is very knowledged with the ap and a great person to chat with. Shes a keeper

Easy installing and easy to set up! The team was super helpful, especially Maggie and Abby who helped me with feature set up that wasn't available unless I upgraded to the highest tier but they gave it to me anyways! I've never experienced such great customer service!

It's easy to set up. More feedback based on how it is adopted and how reliable it is. Great product at the outset though.

I've been using this for a year or so now and I love it. The only complaint that I have is that you can't redeem points in store without an email address. A lot of my in store customers prefer to give their phone number. Would be awesome if this could be a feature sometime.

What more is there to say? I love this app. Does everything I need and does it perfectly with minimal effort on my part! I believe for the quality and functionality of their apps in general you can't go wrong with at least trying it out for a test run instead of an instant commitment. Not too mention - their customer service is top notch! I love working with Smile.io - they help make me a better merchant!

I just installed it and had trouble understanding the workflow for the referral process. Abbi spent 45min with me and answered all my questions and was super helpful, even when I was triple- and quadruple-checking everything! Awesome support!

Customer service has helped me a great deal! I haven't yet tried the app, but will leave it at 5 stars for now since it seems my problem is resolved. I can't wait to try smile.io with my customers, it's exactly what I need!
