Set up was easy and quick. Integration was seamless. Support is super fast and friendly. Maggie helped me solve a user issue that a customer was having. The implementation of this program was very easy to set up and make live. After testing the program before launching the new site, we had to reach out to customer service with a few questions. Elli was phenomenal to work with! She quickly addressed our concerns and found a solution that resolved the issue. The level of checks and balances that are built into this program to help avoid user misuse of the rewards program was well designed and developed. Using the rewards program with the referral program provides cohesion to a strong customer incentive program implementation. Incredible. Since installing this app a few weeks ago, I've collected more email addresses, had more social shares, and experienced more sales than I ever imagined. I've been able to engage more with my customers to discuss the program. I've also been able to ditch my clunky affiliate program and take advantage of the referral functionality. I'm looking forward to seeing what this app does for my business over the coming months, and I'm still on the free plan!
