Great app for SMB, solid features, easy setup and excellent support!

This is a loyalty program with tremendous flexibility that is easy to set up and amend and it keeps our clients happy as a value add in a competitive landscape. As a small business, I found the monthly fees to be steep once I hit the threshold to outgrow the free plan, however the customer service team was extremely supportive, diligent and creative in finding ways to help me to maintain the program.

Love the app, Shelby with customer service was extremely nice & helpful.

This is a useless app even they label it as "FREE" app. You can't even use it in Shopify's Starter Pack. WASTEOF TIME to download and talking to their "so called" advisor. At the end of the day, ZERO accomplishment. I STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP.

So far so good! The Customer Service has been so helpful with questions as I get set up. My customers are excited and earning and leaving reviews already!

Smile has been great for our business! Great customer service too.

The best rewards system ever. It works great with Shopify POS and our online store linking rewards together. Customers also love its ease of use!

Reached out via chat to ask a simple question about order returns and reward points. Received a straight to the point answer quickly along with reference links to Smile Loyalty & Rewards Shopify page and super cute puppy gifs. What drew me to you all back in 2019, when we set up with Shopify, was Smile was the only loyalty program that worked and facilitated customers to earn and redeem via both channels. Great customer service with Lynn! 5 STARS!

Tout est parfait, tant au niveau des fonctionnalités que du service client. Sauf qu'au final je n'ai pas pu l'utiliser car certains éléments ne PEUVENT PAS être traduits (par exemple les boutons d'action). Cela m'a fait perdre beaucoup de temps et un peu d'argent car évidemment c'est le type de chose dont vous vous apercevez en finalisant l'app. Donc nickel tant que vous restez en anglais, sinon, passez votre chemin.

Tremendous support

We just started using Smile.io for our brand for referrals and rewards. The platform is intuitive and has lots of great options. But even more, their customer support is top notch! We made a mistake when setting up and Lynn replied immediately and followed up until we got it all fixed. Excited to continue using Smile!
