As a small business owner, this has been the most useful Shopify app for me yet. It has allowed me to easily send newsletters out to my subscribers, and they have a lot of free templates that make my eblasts look professional. I've been using this app for about two years now and haven't had any issues at all.

Excelent service! we have been engaging more with our customers and also increased sales by a considerable amount, this app pays itself.

Smartrmail has absolutely changed the way I do business and has MOST certainly made me money. I started using Smartrmail because it seemed to be the most user friendly for a noob like myself. There happened to be an update at some point when I was not active and it seems as if the functionality exploded! If I were to give Smartrmail one critique, it would be that they add tips and hints like some other CRM platforms do. This is not to detract from a 5 star performance from Smartrmail!

Really enjoy the app, it works very well for our shop. They have pre-made templates that are customizable to your standards too, which are great for quick and easy emails during the busy season. Great customer service too! Definitely recommend them

Very Easy To Use, there are some littles bugs in newsletter, the coupon was not built in beautiful, should design coupon by yourself to make it better.

Great app, very intuitive and easy to use. No problems so far. The automation options are straightforward with lots of ready templates. It is a good choice for a small businesses that want all the basic functionality at affordable cost.

This app is easy to use. I liked the automation capabilities which gives a visual about how and when to send emails, its really helpful.

Le SAV répond rapidement et j'ai déjà fais de l'argent avec dans la période d'essai. Continuez comme ça à toujours simplifier le travail pour les entrepreneur c'est le plus important !

Easy to use and full featured with easy setup and integration with Shopify. I love the pre-made and customizable automations, the easy to setup and customize popup signup form (with a double opt-in confirmation option) and newsletter templates.

The trial was great because you get ALL of the features of the app now that I have signed up for an actual plan I feel like you shouldn't have to pay for the unlimited plan in order to get the abandon browse automation. I just think it is a bit excessive to be paying that price to get that one feature added. I think 19.99 may be a bit much. Time will tell if it's really worth it.

Great except for these issues: 1. When I duplicate a newsletter, the size of images and border colors of buttons are different from the original newsletter. I've reached out several times and have been told to create from template. What is the purpose of the duplicate newsletter feature then? 2. When I duplicate a newsletter, it doesn't appear in the "Drafts" tab.

Great app for creating email flows and great support. Only negative is the paid options are too expensive. Should have a cheaper plan with less benefits.

This is my first experience of using an email marketing app. So far, so goo, and lots of helpful tutorials.

Good app, good customer service. Try it out, I do not know what else to write. May god save the queen.

I enjoy using this app. It is super easy to learn how to create beautiful newsletters for your customers and customer service is EXCELLENT!!!

I switched from Mailchimp to Smartr because to save cost. I tried the trial version for a week and found that it had all the options I was used to on Mailchimp. The newsletter builder is not as neat and flexible but it does the job and you can compose fairly attractive emails using it. The automation options are quite thorough with lots of pre-designed templates/themes. The rest of the stuff is a bit simplistic but it covers all the basis for me. Smartr is a great choice for small businesses that want all the basic functionality without breaking the bank.
