This is an update from my previous review. As I mentioned before, this is an amazing app but it gets better. I had a little glitch in my filter and they really went above and beyond to fix everything for me. I mean they did EVERYTHING in such a professional manner. It was incredible how quickly the task was completed. Helen was an enormous help. Thank you so much!~ I just love this app! It makes it so easy for my customers to find what they are looking for. I had edited my theme code for my product listings and they very quickly helped ensure these changes were reflected in the apps output display. I like the fact that we can translate filter headings - my only wish is that they figure out a way to translate product tags that are used in the filters.

Globo's Smart Product Filter & Search was a perfect fit for this store, and not complicated to install and configure for our theme. Their support is always available and responds within a few hours usually during the business day. Definitely recommend this if you don't have the need for AI powering your search.

I have used another app from Globo (PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock) and was impressed with how willing the team were to offer help and support. Our theme was not instantly compatible with this app, but I spoke to a lovely CS rep named Helen who organised a developer to help me out. It was sorted in an hour. The app gives flexibility in creating a filter tree, which is exactly what I needed for our store. So far I am very happy, thanks for the great app!
