The support team is very helpful, thx a lot

When this app is working, it works great - but when it's not working, it doesn't sync automatically, and when it does it sets all of our product settings back to default, so I have to log a ticket to have them sort it (which can take a few days). The app must be down at the moment because I can't even access it, subsequently some of our pages are taking actual minutes to load. Had to download another app to speed the website up just to be able to make sales still while we are looking for an alternative. It's rare this happens but when it does its a complete nightmare. EDIT: Have since spoken with Helen who has helped improve our experience and has been a big help. All issues seem to be sorted for now, fingers crossed it stays this way! EDIT (2 years later): Since speaking to Helen 2 years ago, this app has been working perfectly since. If I've had to log a support request for anything, it's resolved quickly and properly. Pleased we stuck with it - if you're having problems, log a ticket and they will help!

Helen was a great help with creating a custom style that fit with our brand theme for our collection and search pages. A quick turn around too, for something they offer at no additional charge!

I've been using Globo Filter and search for a few years now and would recommend. my store has over 1800 product and great deal of detail for customers to navigate so this feature really helps and sets us apart from competitors. There were a couple of issues integrating the app with our new theme but the Globo team were incredibly helpful and efficient at fixing the problems!

Excellent support

This is a very good app. It is relatively simple to set up and once you have added 1 or 2 filters it is easy to gradually add filters around your store for different collections and products. The customer service is the best I have received on any shopify store app by far, quick, detailed and helpful. Really good app and service, highly recommended.

L'assistance est super, ils sont très réactifs et m'ont aidé sur différents points pour configurer au mieux l'affichage sur mon site (j'ai le thème gratuit Debut). Je recommande !

Our experience so far with this app has been amazing!! It works as intended, is extremely easy to install and customize and when we ran into a couple features/styles we wanted updated, the developers were extremely responsive, fast and accurate in making the updates. We have a very large catalog and the search works quickly. It's a must have for our site!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this app and company. The app works great out of the box, but every once in a while, I find an edge case where I need something to work slightly different. Whenever this has occurred, I’ve reached out to the support team and they instantly come up with a solution – oftentimes requiring a custom integration with my theme, which they are happy to implement. Makes managing filters immensely easy. Also, very good support from the team. Yet to use the search functionality that it provides but looking forward to using more of its features.

What a wonderful service and support from the programmer. They solved my issue in a few minutes my search faceted filter was working. Will recommend to any ecommerce that needs complex search ffrom the home screen.
