We needed a filter that could be customized for each Collection based on Tags, but didn't want all our Tags showing up. Smart Product Filter & Search allows us to do that easily and intuitively. In addition, Customer Service was fast and capable for the small customizations we needed. For example, we didn't want customers to have to scroll to see all the options. CS took care of this need quickly.

This app is excellent and the support team helped me out. I am using the app with Shopify Markets and Shopify Translate and Adapt. They helped me update the app so that it properly uses the translated price and currency within the collections pages. I am very happy. Thank you!

This app is good when it works BUT It constantly crashes and removes ALL the products from our website. We contact support and the standard answer is "we fixed it so it will not happen again and are looking into it". Yeah they fix it this time and then it happens again. This app has continuously cost us customers and sales. We are filing a complaint with Shopify to see what can be done.

So far very pleased with this app and the ability to customize!

Does exactly what I had hoped the Shopify Search and Discovery app would have done natively. These folks are rock stars! Helen was very responsive on several issues. I don't know if it was an app issue or a theme issue, but she solved them all for me. Look no further. This app makes a difference!

I'm so excited about the features and the seamless integration into my website. The functionalities are superb. Out of the box it visually didn't match my theme, but Helen really helped me very quickly. Within 3 days, extra requests had been processed and all of the visual customizations had been done. This is honestly the app + support I had dreamed of!

This app is the best for filtering and sorting products for your store. Helen is super helpful when it comes to any questions about the app. She offered super prompt assistance when it comes to correspondence and personalization. Greatest product filter app out there! There are many things you can customize to get the exact filters you need. Also the support is really friendly, fast and will solve your issue just they way you intended. I had the pleasure to get help from Helen, who quickly changed my themes code to display the filters as I needed them! Thanks again Helen!

Customer support that is attentive, efficient, and responsive!

The app itself has a very in-depth filtering and tag system, has helped immensely and has saved so much time! Also their customer support are very quick and lovely, would definitely recommend!

This app was good and fit with my need for cloth website, and their staff are amazing, they help me adjust so tiny things that i requested and they can do it for me so quickly love it so much. 100/10 recommend!!
