Incredibly helpful staff, they even worked overtime in the weekends! There were many things I needed to solve and then there were syncing issues, but the Globo Team were great at solving them. They made several edits very soon after my email queries were delivered. I'm greatly pleased with how responsive they are (even with the apparent timezone difference). When something wasn't possible directly within the app, the Globo Team developed the solution for it. I have no complaints because of how great their customer service is. Polite, friendly, and prompt. Thank you, Helen, for such prolonged support and being patient whilst we set the filter up!

I have to echo all the other 5 star reviews. The app has more functionality included than expected and the customer service is excellent! They respond quickly and were able to fix any issues that came up due to the theme I'm using. I ended up downloading this app along with the Globo Product Options, Variants and it seems to work well together.

I received exceptional service from the support team. I recently encountered an issue with the discount percentage appearing in a confusing way on my Shopify store. I would recommend this software to others. I think it's recommended for two reasons: #1. The customers of this software are surprisingly responsive. I think it's a great help for a team with no coding skills. #2. This software provides me with a special feature in my product line that I can display variant pictures of my different SKUs. This is very helpful.

Two of the most wonderful things about this app: 1 - it works and does exactly what the developers claim it does. It creates a very user-friendly and manageable side menu 2 - (most importantly for me) their support are geniuses of accountability and quick turnaround on my requests.
