just awful. Absolutely not user friendly. Have no idea how to work with this app, and no live chat. Removed and trying to forget it.

We did not end up using this app due to the nature of our website but their support and clear answers were outstanding.

All good! There were a problem with a code, but Helen helped me out.

I've been using this app 4 times already and they're quickly correcting and responding to my requests. It's such an amazing app and if anyone is thinking about it please use it.

I have tried 5 different filtering apps on Shopify and this is BY FAR the easiest one to use! What has made it easy is the customer service. There are times when I have encountered a problem (of my own causing) and I have emailed the support line and my problem has always been fixed within 48hours. Super helpful and easy to work with.. what more could you ask for? Thanks again for a great app!

I changed my theme. At first, the app is not compatible with my new theme. But Helen did me a favor and fixed the problem. Now my store is running well with the new theme and this filter app. Thanks to Helen.

Bis zu 1000 Produkte. Der Preis für Shopify Plus. Klicken Sie auf „Alle Preisoptionen anzeigen“, um mehr zu erfahren. Müsste die Zahl 1000 nicht grösser sein? Es sind ja weniger als 2500 oder gleich viel wie bei 1000. Also warum soll jemand soviel bezahlen und hat "nur" 1000 Produkte gegenüber weniger und 2500 Ich kann die APP noch nicht richtig bewerten, da ich sie erst gerade installiert habe. Darum eine 4 gerne passe ich das an.

Really like the app. It's easy to set up. I wanted some more adjustment so it matches more my webshop. I contact the team and they helped me the same day! Now everything looks good and works well. The only reason I give it a 4 stars is because Its a little expensive.

The app didn't install correctly on my website. I emailed the support. Within 24h they sorted it and looks great! Love it!

Awesome app & 5-star service. Helen did a great job when I searched for assistance. I have one suggestion though. Add a multi-tag feature which can group tag/tags, and set up new names for displaying on the front end.

Excellent Filter setup - exactly what we were looking for to create multiple tag filter sets. Tech support was extremely helpful and responsive. Helen was very thorough and went above and beyond to get us up and running. 10/10 - definitely recommend!

The app has abundant filter features, and what surprised me most was that the support team being extremely helpful! They respond and fulfil my requests in time, mostly within 1-2 days! They helped me developed quite a few customised app features, and they also answered all my question with great patience.
